R&B singer Chris Brown really has something to celebrate on his 26th birthday today (May 5) after finding out he will not be charged in a weekend scuffle case.
According to reports, Breezy’s victim did not want to pursue charges over what went down.

The victim took himself to the hospital where he was treated and released. Detectives were unable to speak with Brown when they arrived at the hotel.
