Bobby Brown Speaks Out, Diddy, Meek Mill, Taraji P. Henson & More React To Bobbi Kristina Passing

Music veteran Bobby Brown has issued a statement following the publicized passing of his 22-year-old daughter Bobbi Kristina this past weekend.

In his statement, Brown reflected on how much Kristina meant to him and acknowledged the pain of losing a child.

“Krissy was and is an angel. I am completely numb at this time,” the singer, 46, said in a statement released by his lawyer Monday. “My family must find a way to live with her in spirit and honor her memory. Our loss is unimaginable.” He adds, “We thank everyone for the prayers for Krissy and our family as we mourn my baby girl.” (People)

Kristina’s family issued a statement with the heartbreaking news Sunday (July 26).

“Bobbi Kristina Brown passed away Sunday, July, 26 2015, surrounded by her family. She is finally at peace in the arms of God. We want to again thank everyone for their tremendous amount of love and support during these last few months.” (Statement)

The late celebrity’s family placed her into hospice care a few weeks ago after revealing she had irreversible brain damage.

Her family moved her to hospice last month citing her deteriorating condition. Family, including father Bobby Brown, was seen at the facility. “Despite the great medical care at numerous facilities, Bobbi Kristina Brown’s condition has continued to deteriorate. As of today, she has been moved into hospice care,” a statement from Brown’s family read. “We thank everyone for their support and prayers. She is in God’s hands now.” (CNN)
