Vixen Blac Chyna‘s lawyer is never scared. The hip-hop model’s legal muscle has responded to reports about the Kardashian family trying to block her from trademarking their name.

According to Chyna’s lawyer Walter Mosley, he is shocked at the family’s intent to go against her in a trademark pursuit.

“The Kardashians, like Angela and my other clients are very protective of our marks, I think for us this is going to be a clear case win, because it’s actually her name, it’s not a poaching. I would hope that this is just a junior lawyer’s error, who’s just responding to everything and not really looking at who it’s from or why it was filed. There’s a softer side of this where Angela has to have a conversation with her family. But until I hear otherwise, I’m just going to proceed as I normally would with a lawsuit. I have 40 days to respond,” Mosley tells PEOPLE of the suit. (People)

Buzz developed yesterday (December 8) about the Kardashians trying to block Chyna’s trademark request.

The sisters throw down the gauntlet in docs, saying if Chyna gets the trademark they’ll “suffer damage including irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill.” Translation: stay in your ex-stripper lane … you’re not one of us. Make no mistake … this is nasty. In the docs, they say Chyna is “deliberately seeking to profit from the goodwill and popularity” of the Kardashian name. (TMZ)

Reports claim Chyna tried to trademark the Kardashian name last spring.

The reality star, who filed for the trademark in May, got off to a rocky start with the Kardashian family but had appeared to be on better terms with her fiancé’s sisters now. But that doesn’t mean they’re ready to let her cash in on their globally-recognized surname. (New York Daily News)

The model and her fiancé Rob Kardashian are reportedly fielding offers for a televised wedding special.

There’s nothing contractually obligating them to shoot their wedding, but for the right price … they’d be all about it. Remember, they scored a sweet deal for their baby birth special which airs in a couple weeks. Our sources say Rob and Blac already have a few venues in mind, but they’re not locking anything down just yet. As for Dream, there’s no drama in the co-parenting dept and she’s helping them grow closer. (TMZ)
