Blac Chyna & Kardashian Name War Back On, Battle Set To Get Ugly

Vixen Blac Chyna and the Kardashian sisters are reportedly going to still tussle it out over her pursuit to trademark the family name. The latest reports claim things have once again heated up.

New gossip buzz suggests the Kardashian sisters are not content with Chyna getting their name simply by marrying their brother Rob.

As we told you, BC sources say Kris Jenner reached out and promised to call off the lawyers. But our K sis sources say that’s not how they feel about it. We’re told it’s nothing personal against BC, just biz — they feel adding an extra woman to the roster will dilute the brand they’ve worked so hard to build. On a personal level, we’re told everyone in the fam is getting along well with Chyna since the birth of Dream. Still, business is business and our sources say the sisters’ lawyers have made several attempts to negotiate … but Chyna’s team’s gone radio silent. (TMZ)

Chyna’s mom Tokyo Toni went to Instagram Friday (December 9) and rode behind the curvy vixen in light of the trademark drama.

This week, Chyna’s lawyer Walter Mosley, addressed the buzz growing from the Kardashian family allegedly trying to block her trademark pursuit.

“The Kardashians, like Angela and my other clients are very protective of our marks, I think for us this is going to be a clear case win, because it’s actually her name, it’s not a poaching. I would hope that this is just a junior lawyer’s error, who’s just responding to everything and not really looking at who it’s from or why it was filed. There’s a softer side of this where Angela has to have a conversation with her family. But until I hear otherwise, I’m just going to proceed as I normally would with a lawsuit. I have 40 days to respond,” Mosley tells PEOPLE of the suit. (People)

Details developed a couple days ago about the Kardashians trying to block Chyna’s trademark request.

The sisters throw down the gauntlet in docs, saying if Chyna gets the trademark they’ll “suffer damage including irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill.” Translation: stay in your ex-stripper lane … you’re not one of us. Make no mistake … this is nasty. In the docs, they say Chyna is “deliberately seeking to profit from the goodwill and popularity” of the Kardashian name. (TMZ)
