Cash Money Records boss Bryan “Birdman” Williams is trying to stack his paper. The hip-hop mogul has reportedly listed his multi-million dollar Florida home for a hefty price.
According to reports, Baby wants $20 million for a Miami dream home he purchased 6 years ago.
The Cash Money Records co-founder is listing his waterfront Miami Beach home at 70 Palm Avenue for $20 million, The Real Deal has learned. His record label is home to artists like Drake, Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne, who’s been listing his La Gorce mansion for two years. Bankrate pegs Williams’ net worth at about $180 million. Williams bought the house in 2011 from Rockstar Energy Drink founder Russell Weiner for $14.25 million, and spent millions renovating the 20,000-square-foot mansion, said listing agent Brett Harris of Douglas Elliman. Alex Daguer of Fortune International Realty is co-listing the Williams’ home. (The Real Deal)
