Grammy-winning singer Beyoncé Knowles-Carter showed how she spent the holiday this week, revealing a new photo of daughter Blue Ivy Carter and penning a handwritten letter on Thanksgiving.
She also released a photo of husband Jay-Z carrying around Blue Ivy.
This Thanksgiving was extra special for Beyoncé, who celebrated the holiday for the first time as a mother. The superstar singer shared some personal photos on her Tumblr page on Thanksgiving Day. In one adorable pic, Bey holds Blue Ivy while kissing her on the head. She also posted a black-and-white snapshot of Jay-Z walking with his daughter in his arms. Keeping with tradition, Bey penned a handwritten letter to her fans, wishing them for Thanksgiving. “From my family to yours. Wishing you a happy and healthy Thanksgiving,” she wrote. (Rap-Up)
In late October, Bey also released a photo of herself and Blue.

Around mid-September, Mrs. Knowles-Carter talked about Jay’s fatherly skills.
“It just gives you purpose and all of the things my self-esteem was associated with, it’s all completely different. I’ve realized why I was born and more than anything, all of the things I want to pass on to my child and the best way of doing that is not by preaching or telling her, but showing her by example, which is one of the reasons I’m here. I sing nursery rhymes and I’m mommy. Today was the first time she saw me perform in rehearsal. She was very confused. [What nursery songs do I sing?] I make up a lot of crazy, corny songs. I’m not singing it, unless you do ‘Single Ladies.’ [laughs] [Changing diapers, my husband,] he’s very good. I love changing diapers. I love it. I love every moment of it. It’s so beautiful. Recently, the female superstar’s mother denied speculation of Bey expecting a second child in the near future.
Gossip website Hollywoodlife.com claimed to have spoken with someone within Bey’s camp who confirmed her pregnancy. But according to Access Hollywood, Beyonce’s mother, Tina Knowles, denied the pregnancy rumors. “It’s gonna happen when it’s time, but not right now,” Tina told Access Hollywood. “Of course I [want more grandchildren]! I harass [Beyoncé] all the time,” she said. Tina’s statements seems to indicate that Beyonce is having difficulty finding another surrogate this time around? “I definitely want to have more [babies],” Beyonce said in a recent interview. “I don’t know how many.
