Beyoncé Says Bow Down B**ches, Tells Her Crew To “Smack That Trick” [Audio]

Grammy-winning singer Beyoncé Knowles-Carter appears to be back to her "Sasha Fierce" alter ego days with the release of a new thumping song called "Bow Down/I Been On."

On the record, Queen Bey reminds fellow female artists it it still her time to shine.

Bow down, b*tches. Beyoncé is back. When you least expected it, the pop icon returns with snippets of two brand new songs. Queen B reclaims her throne on the Hit-Boy-produced “Bow Down,” telling the competition to have a seat. “I took some time to live my life/ But don’t think I’m just his little wife/ Don’t get it twisted, get it twisted/ This my sh*t, bow down, b*tches,” Mrs. Carter proclaims on the heavy-hitting anthem. She also pays homage to her Houston, Texas roots by throwing some chopped and screwed moments onto the latter part of the record.

The song segues into another one called “I Been On,” helmed by Polow Da Don, Timbaland, and Planet VI. A thuggish B pays homage to her Houston roots, chopping and screwing her voice while shouting out H-town legends Willie D, Pimp C, and UGK. “I heard your boo was talking lip/ I told my crew to smack that trick,” she raps, adding, “The capital B means I’m ’bout that life.” Hear B like you’ve never heard her before. The new track is reportedly her latest music since dropping an album two years ago.

Beyonce is giving fans a special treat with the release of new track “Bow Down/I Been On,” recorded during the sessions for her upcoming fifth solo album. It’s the first new music the pop superstar has released since her 2011 album “Four.” It’s hard to say if Beyonce will release an entire album with a similar sound — or if this track will even make it on the final album — but it’s intriguing to hear her branching out during the recording process. Music newcomer Austin Alsina recently told SOHH he would love to rub elbows and do a collaboration with Bey.

“I love Beyonce. I would love to do something with her. You know what? I would like to keep it in the city. I would love to do something with Wayne. Wayne holds New Orleans on his back.
