Grammy-winning singer Beyoncé Knowles-Carter may have another career as a fashion model if she ever wants to quit the music biz and proved it in a new batch of photos for CR Fashion Book.
Queen Bey’s unexpected batch of fashion-related shots surfaced online Thursday (August 28).
Surprise, it’s Beyoncé — the superstar behind the mask on the cover of September’s CR Fashion Book. Issue No. 5 of the magazine produced by Carine Roitfeld, former editor-in-chief of Vogue Paris, hits newsstands Sept. 4 — the same day as Queen Bey’s 33rd birthday. (NY Daily News)

Beyoncé is such a boss that she wrote her own prose poem in lieu of a cover story, which was then “remixed” by Pulitzer Prize-winning poet Forrest Gander. Examples of her prose include. “You call me a singer, but I’m called to transform, to suck up the grief, anxiety, and loss of those who hear me into my song’s form,” and “My daughter, she’s my biggest muse. Yes, there are more split rumors — most notably the latest cover of Us Weekly — but Beyoncé took to her website Friday (Aug. 15) to post a handful of adorable family photos, showing Bey hitting the go-kart track with daughter Blue Ivy and supposedly estranged husband Jay-Z for a friend’s birthday party in Torrance, Calif. While there are quite a few cheeky photos of Beyoncé mugging for the camera in her racing best, the most prominent pic on her site shows Jay walking hand-in-hand with Blue (cue the awwwwwws). Amidst reports that Beyonce’s relationship with husband Jay Z is in trouble, the “Crazy in Love” singer donned a “Carter” jersey in honor of the rapper ( aka Shawn Corey Carter) via Instagram on Saturday, Aug. 9. The 32-year-old accessorized the sexy look with a thick chain necklace and matching bangles. She donned low pigtail braids and showed off her toned legs by wearing no pants. (Us Magazine)
