While details are still slim, the mega R&B diva reportedly deeply touches on her personal life in the doc.

But Beyonce, so private about her marriage and her life in general, goes further. She shares footage of her trip to Paris with her nephew. She talks about wanting to “make love” to her husband. She explains why she decided to share her pregnancy news so visibly at the MTV awards. Most notably: She opens up about her miscarriage two years ago, saying that one week she heard a heartbeat – and the next, nothing. And she talks about how devastating the loss was to her and how she retreated to the studio to deal with it. (USA Today)

She also addresses rumors and gossip which claim she faked her own pregnancy.

Most movingly, she addresses stories that she used a surrogate to carry daughter Blue Ivy, now 1. “There’s a stupid rumor. The most ridiculous rumor I think I’ve ever had about me. It’s crazy. To think I would be that vain – I respect mothers and women so much and to be able to experience bringing a child into this world, if you’re lucky and fortunate enough to experience that, I would never, ever take that for granted. It’s the most powerful thing you can do. Especially after losing a child, the pain and trauma from that just makes it mean so much more to get an opportunity to bring life into the world. It seems like people should have boundaries,” says a visibly shaken Beyonce. (USA Today)

The HBO special is slated to premiere a couple weeks after her halftime Super Bowl XLVII performance.

After Beyonce’s GQ cover leaked and a Destiny’s Child comeback, the week of King Bey continues. In a new trailer to her HBO documentary, airing on Feb. 16, she begins to address the controversy surrounding her pregnancy with Blue Ivy, giving a mini-sneak peek of her baby bump struggle. “They keep putting me in these tight clothes and trying to hide it is very difficult,” said the Grammy award winner in the clip. Last year, rap mogul Jay-Z revealed their miscarriage in his “Glory” record.

Rapper Jay-Z released a new song Monday celebrating the birth of his baby daughter with Beyonce and revealing that the couple had struggled for years to have a child. Called “Glory,” the song released on Jay-Z’s social website, LifeandTimes.com, followed the birth in New York on Saturday of daughter Blue Ivy Carter — the first child of the music power couple. “Last time the miscarriage was so tragic, we was afraid you disappeared,” Jay-Z, 42, rapped midway through the song. He also spoke of “false alarms and false starts … all the pain of the last time, prayed so hard it was the last time.” (Reuters)
