According to reports, Weezy F. Baby wants a cool $51 million from the music empire.

Wayne claims because Cash Money is refusing to pay, he’s entitled to walk. But Lil Wayne wants more than just a declaration of freedom. He’s suing for $51 MILLION. And Wayne wants the judge to declare he’s the joint copyright owner of all Young Money recordings … which includes Drake, Nicki Minaj and several others. (TMZ)

Check out these additional details right here…

On his “CoCo” freestyle, Weezy F. Baby describes his loyalty to Cash Money amid labelmates leaving throughout the mid-2000’s.

“Who kept this sh*t together? N*gga, me, that’s who. Who was there when n*ggas left? N*gga, me, that’s who / Cash Money is an army, I’m a one man army / And if them n*ggas comin’ for me, I’m goin’ out like Tony …”Now I don’t want no problems, I just want my money – Birdman Jr., more like Ugly Duckling.” (“CoCo” Freestyle)

A couple weeks ago, rap veteran Master P addressed whether or not Wayne could possibly land at No Limit Records

“This is definitely historical,” Master P said in an interview when asked if Wayne could find himself doing more work with him. “We never did nothing [like this,] it’s No Limit 24 anniversary. So we call it No Limit 24k. Anything is possible but Wayne is making good music. I rapped on his record, he rapped on my ‘Power’ record and we’re going to build a relationship. From here, wherever it go – it’s all official over here.” (“Sway In The Morning”)

Keeping an optimistic view, Young Money’s Christina Milian said she hoped Baby and Weezy would patch up their problems earlier this month.

“It’s a little difficult,” she said. “I’m on the same record label. I’m on Young Money, so it’s a little difficult when it comes to business. I understand the circumstance for all of them. I think everyone’s trying to work it out and I wish the best. Honestly it’s been an empire that has been built between Baby and with Lil Wayne. You can only hope for the best and big things for the both of them, that they continue this grind that they have. They basically paved the way for people like myself having the opportunity to become successful. I pray it all works out. I know he prays the same thing, nothing but the best.” (The Hollywood Reporter)

  1. He may get it but Baby will fight it and probably have no choice but to give him $35 mil! He carried CM for a minute!

  2. goooood damn my nigga weezy finally dropped his motherfuckin nuts .. thats whats up hopefully he can get from baby and get back to the wayne i grew up on in the 90s .. the real lil nigga not the old junkie he act like now. i used to fucks with homie tough till he started kissin niggaz and dissin his homies for being smarter than he was

  3. I hope Wayne get his cut. Birdman might have 100 million in assets but he don’t got 100 in cash money. Sad day but karma is a muthafucka

  4. The people who said this was a publicity stunt are wrong. I am seriously wondering why Wayne finally snapped. I have a feeling Tunechi is just using the Carter album argument as a front. He’s probably wanted to untie himself from Baby for a long time. Now for some reason, he finally got the courage to do it. I remember Buck saying how Wayne felt he was being robbed by Baby and that seems to be true. Not that I didn’t know Baby was a thief, but just that I never thought he’d fcked over his “son.”

  5. Dude gonna get himself faded. Most people outside of New Orleans don’t really know “B32’s” real background. When it came down to $, he and Slim really dgaf about how to attain it. It’s no suprise he’s maintained his status for this long. Baby rarely did his own dirty work and now that he’s got so much money, his arms are even longer for reaching out and touching people. Be careful Wayne…

    • Yeah. I always got the feeling Slim and Baby don’t play on a street level. While I do commend Wayne for standing up and fighting for his freedom I also believe that he was scared and that’s why he never left. I hope it works out for Wayne. I’m not a fan of his but we all deserve to eat properly off our own hard work.

    • true, i remember when the streets was sayin he poped dude from unlv, who used to be signed to them. during the big tymer days he used always rap about puttin change on that boys head. read up on yella from unlv. or read up on who really started cash money record(babys other brother who doin life), read up on the other murder of a new orleans rapper connected to cash money. and folks wonder why these dudes is rockin in miami now.

    • Wayne will win if they don’t pay him he walks. They ain’t gangsta shit both fake bloods. Wayne makes good music that’s about it. YouTube that shit they got run out of Cali so many times.

  6. So Im confused. I thought Young Money was started by Wayne, under Cash Money. Shouldnt Young Money be all Waynes and making him full copywriter instead of “joint” like this article says? I figured since Wayne was under Cash Money he would just pay them some type of royalty for being under them but still own the rights to the artists themselves.

  7. The Internet is full of stories about baby all these ppls coming out the woodwork suing him into the ground. Yea he’s got young thug but he ain’t proven like lil Wayne that’s the reason he’s trying to keep Wayne needs that cV to keep that boat a float.
