Banks poked fun at the Grand Hustle affiliate about her name still popping up in Iggy’s interviews.

“Lol they’re STILL asking you, about ME, in what’s supposed to be YOUR interview ? #YUNGRAPUNXELWINSAGAIN,” she tweeted March 2nd.

“And yaaaaaaaas bitch… U better be up on your Azealia Banks facts!!! STAN FOR THE HEAD NEGRESS!” (Azealia Banks’ Twitter)

Reports suggest her tweets stem from a recent interview Iggy did when asked about their beef last year.

She first calls out Azealia for saying that she is ‘seriously trivialising aspects of black culture’, and then adds that nothing Azealia says is to be trusted, continuing, “She says that **** about ****ing anything. She called Perez Hilton a ******, I think she trivialised gay culture… ****ing whatever. She’s biased about everybody and everything, even towards the people who help her.” She adds, “She even talked **** about the fashion industry after they basically gave her a career. I don’t think anything about that girl man, she ****ing talks **** out of her arse and that’s her business.” (Fans Share)

In June 2012, Azalea explained the origin of her publicized feud with Banks.

During an interview with Brooklyn Martino, Azalea explains the origins of the rivalry between the 21-year-old Harlem spitter, which she states began at the CMJ Festival last year. This was when Banks first threw shots at her over Twitter. “It actually started at CMJ Music Festival back in September when she went on Twitter and said, ‘I’m next level, I had a song about being a Barbie before Nicki Minaj had a song about being a Barbie. Here’s the link to my song. And f*ck Iggy Azalea, I had a song called “P*ssy” before she ever did. Here’s a link to my song. It’s better.” The Grand Hustle rapstress said the issues continued after she responded with a couple of tweets of her own. It wasn’t until Azalea was XXL’s freshman list that Banks went in on her again, breaking down her lyrics and accusing her of being a racist. (Complex)

Last summer, Azealia admitted she did not like resorting to Twitter to air out her issues with other artists.

“Of course, because it’s e-thugging… Who wants to look like that? But how else am I gonna reach y’all? I don’t have a T.I. to get on a radio show and defend me; I’m the one behind me. Y’all expect me to agree like, “Oh yea, I’m wack. I only have one song.” That’s one song y’all n*ggas don’t f*cking have. You might win some, but you just lost one.” (VIBE)
