Update: Foxy Brown Slapped W/ Another Lawsuit, Issued Warrant For Arrest

Foxy Brown may have been released from jail, but her time in court is far from over. Brown was recently hit with a lawsuit from the woman she allegedly smacked with her BlackBerry last year.
As SOHH previously reported, Foxy's neighbor, Arlene Raymond, had the rapper arrested last July after she was rushed to Brooklyn Hospital with loose teeth and swelling around her lip and right eye.
The suit seeks unspecified damages.
Foxy was just released from Rikers last month after serving eight months of a one year sentence for violating probation. [Watch a video of her leaving jail below]
Just after her release, she took a plea deal to avoid more jail time in another case involving an altercation that took place at a Florida beauty supply store last year.
Update: Earlier this morning Foxy was scheduled to show up in court for a hearing in the criminal case against her in the BlackBerry assault. According to TMZ, she skipped the appearance and the judge has issued a bench warrant for her arrest. Brown's defense attorney, who was present at the hearing, did not know where she was and had not spoken to her.
Brown's new album, Brooklyn's Don Diva, is scheduled to be released on May 13 and her upcoming reality series is currently in production.
