In this week's Pulse Report, the streets are buzzing about Beanie Sigel eyeing Peedi Peedi, The Game retiring and Jay-Z becoming half a billionaire.

1. Beanie accused of being "gay." Barely a week after Beanie Sigel hinted that Kanye West and Pharrell Williams are gay, a youtube video entitled, "Beanie Sigel Is Gay...Proof" has surfaced on the internet. The clip shows an apparently highly intoxicated Beans...well, it shows Sigel, um...basically the video accuses Beans of being gay. Not that there's anything wrong with that. No Homo! [Watch Beans Video Here] No Comment! Ya'll tell me what ya'll think?

Elsewhere T-Pain was recently asked about the celebrities he wouldn't have strip for him and somehow ended up praising Ray's J's privates. "Kim... Kardashian," the crooner told SOHH when asked who he wouldn't let strip for him. "Not too many guys can go after Ray J. The man got a huge meat, ok. He's short, the man is packing. He's got length on him. I got the width. sh*t is wide. He got a foot on him. May have a foot on him. Ya'll seen that sh*t. Ya'll know the man's swanging." [Watch T-Pain Video Here]

2. Game Over, is Jayceon retiring? Earlier this week, a clip surfaced with Game talking about his 401k plan. The clip is tagged QD3.com, hinting that it is an excerpt from one of the filmmaker's upcoming projects. "Last album. Yep, ready to go. I think three classic albums is good for me. I got my point across. I was a prominent figure in the West Coast and I was a bigger figure in hip-hop as a whole," Game revealed during the interview. "I think I made my impact enough for my name to be said, remembered. Dr. Dre, working with him and him molding me and helping place me among hip-hop's elite emcees is good enough for me." [Watch Game Video Here] So according to this clip, Game is retiring. But so did Jay-Z, Too $hort and Mase.

3. Jay-Z is the richest man in hip-hop. No surprise here. According to Forbes and other reports, Hov and Diddy have been trading the no.1 spot for the last few years. The surprise is that the Panache Report, claims Hov is now half a billionaire. Jay was reportedly worth roughly $300 million last year. Cool, the God emcee sold Rocawear for a cool $204 million earlier this year, but with taxes and a split with whoever had stakes in the company, he unlikely cashed every penny. Jigga's loaded, but half a billionaire? Interestingly, the report had 50 in second place with $440 million and Diddy third with $346 million, which is pretty close to the amount he was reportedly worth last year. Are we to assume that the Puffster's cologne, television show, clothing line and record label earned him minimal revenue while Hov and Fif's profits were that much bigger? The list also had Ludacris and T.I. as future Top Ten candidates and named E-40 as one of the richest man in hip-hop. Meanwhile, Eminem and Dr. Dre were nowhere to be found on the list. Shouldn't Will Smith be listed above everyone anyway?

4. Juelz learns how to rap. Two weeks ago, a few SOHH users had the nerve to say Juelz was a better rapper or emcee than Game. Others abstained from comparing the two, but claimed that Juelz was "sick!" Dude, long gaps in between words and spitting, "yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah" shouldn't be credited as good rapping. Aside from good appearances here and there, anyone with a brain can see that Juelz can't rap that good. Well, not anymore cause Weezy seems to have rubbed off on the Harlemite. In a recent "Rap City" freestyle, Juelz spat the best verse of his life and straight murdered the booth.[Watch Juelz Freestyle Here] If he keeps this up, I Can't Feel My Face may just be as crazy as they claim.
