Video vixen Amber Rose has experienced a change of heart and decided to kill any sympathetic feelings she had toward a remorseful Kanye West, saying she no longer forgives him over past pain he caused her.
Reflecting on his recent open apology at a Philadelphia concert, Rose said she has thought long and hard about Yeezy’s true remorse.
“When I first saw it, I was like, ‘Yo, I forgive him.’ I let that go. I went through the crying and the heartbreak and all that stuff, and I moved on, and I’m so happy now that I actually have a gentleman, a great guy that I love so much,” Rose said of current boyfriend Wiz Khalifa. “Then after he called me an incredible person in my hometown, he said, ‘Never find love in a strip club.’ And that’s when I was like, ‘You know what? Take your apology and shove it up your a**, because I don’t want to hear it.’ … He didn’t meet me in a strip club; he knows he didn’t meet me in a strip club — He was just being a mean, negative person, and that’s one of the main reasons why I’m not with him. He’s that; I don’t want that negativity in my life. Don’t apologize and then say something like that. It’s just rude, and it’s mean, and it’s not true.” (RapFix)
Initially, Rose said she took note of his Philly remarks and forgave him.
“A lot of [it] is just negativity and I don’t like to bring that energy into my life. But I did look at it and he said that, he said um, “When I said that I didn’t like your dress, I was an a**hole. When I said that I didn’t like your hair, I was an a**hole.” And he was an a**hole. He was. I feel like he gets that now, and he’s remorseful about being an a**hole to me,” Rose said. “But he called me an incredible person, and I take that as an apology. And if it was an apology, I forgive him for being an a**hole. I don’t hold any grudges. I don’t hate him. I want him to find a girl and for him to treat her better than he treated me. The next girl, she doesn’t deserve that. I found pure happiness with Wiz [Khalifa]. Why wouldn’t I want that for Kanye? I want everyone to have that, to feel the way I feel about Wiz.” (Complex)
Ye’s shout-out took place in her hometown around early November.
While stopping through Philly for his and Jay-Z‘s “Watch the Throne” tour yesterday (Nov. 2), Kanye West took a minute in between his performances of “Runaway” and “Heartless” to thank the city for ex-girlfriend, Philly native Amber Rose. “To the city of Philly, I want to thank y’all for making the incredible person that this song was made for,” West said. Before dedicating the medley to Rose, ‘Ye shared a few words on love, “I know love ain’t always easy. Especially when people [are] in your business like they all would be all the time, you know. Y’all gonna fight. Y’all goon argue. It’s gonna People hating on you and sh*t.” (Billboard)
Last week, Rose revealed a secret romance between Yeezy and reality star Kim Kardashian forced relationship to crumble.
“I don’t want to get into details on how I know but I still stick by my words, you know what I mean,” she said in an interview. “The story is very much true. I just feel like I’m all about women empowerment and I feel like I stooped down to her level by calling her a name. I didn’t have to call her a home-wrecker. I don’t believe, I know [she slept with Kanye]. I really don’t want to get into details about it, there’s a whole ‘nother story — I forgive, I forget, and I’m just done with that whole situation. She definitely didn’t deny it because she can’t because that’s not the truth. I know what the truth is, she knows what the truth is, Reggie [Bush] knows what the truth is and so does Kanye. … I have solid proof, I just don’t want to take it there. If her fans want to believe her and if my fans want to believe me and you guys want to believe whoever, then that’s fine, I’m not trying to take it to the next level because I could really embarrass her and prove everybody wrong and I’m not about doing that.” (TMZ)
