Former video vixen Amber Rose recently talked about her baby on the way and why she is only letting fiancé Wiz Khalifa assist in the delivery of their first born.
According to Khalifa, they are going all-natural everything with their baby’s birth.
Wiz, 25, is excited to participate. “We gonna have a midwife and a doula at the crib, and she’s gonna be in a pool, and it’s gonna be like a relaxing environment, and when she’s ready she’s gonna tell me when to stick my hands down there and I’m gonna pull the baby out,” he said on L.A. radio show Big Boy’s Neighborhood (as excerpted by the San Francisco Chronicle).”I’m excited, I’m ready,” he added. “I mean I’m nervous too, but it’s a good nervous. It’s not like a confused nervous, like, ‘What do I do?'” (E! Online)
Rose also spoke on giving Khalifa the temporary title of “Dr. Wiz.”
Amber, 29, explained she wants “to go full-throttle” with her labor. Meaning? “I don’t want no medication,” she said. “We take home birthing classes to teach us how to do it, and we’re gonna have our midwife, and when they baby’s head comes out, he’s gonna be Dr. Wiz. He’s gonna be the first person to touch the child. No doctors, no gloves.” (E! Online)
In late January, Amber gave fans an update on when she will likely delivery a new life into the world.
“Five more weeks to go, I’m due in five weeks,” Rose revealed. ” It’s not really a common name. It’s a normal name, it’s just not common. It’s not common. … We had the girl’s name already, we’re not going to say that either because we might have a girl next. It’s funny because I came up with the name for our boy and immediately he came up with a rapper name for him. … It has to be a surprise. It’s a total boss name for a boy. ” (“Big Boy’s Neighborhood”)
Back in October, Khalifa said he hoped they would wed before Rose gave birth.
“Nah, there’s no date set yet. But we’ll probably get licensed and married before the baby’s born, and do a wedding afterwards because it makes more sense for the baby to be in the wedding than for her to be pregnant. Some people, they rush and do it. But, it works both ways.” (XXL Mag)
