Pregnant ex-video vixen Amber Rose recently updated fans on her baby's status and just how shook she is to give birth to rap star Wiz Khalifa's son.
Despite the idea of temporary agony which typically comes with child birth, Rose said she is ready for a little discomfort.
“I’m looking forward to the pain, actually,” Rose said. “My family thinks I’m crazy, but I want to feel the pain and I want…the end result, just holding my baby and going through all that for him.” The mom-to-be said that, while Khalifa’s out on tour a lot, when he’s home he’s “100 percent” there for her. Rose also shared a key piece of parenting advice her future mother-in-law gave her: Don’t forget about Wiz once the baby comes! “I said that I wanted to have the baby in the room with us until he’s, like, 14,” the model joked, “and his mom is like, ‘No, he needs to have his own room.'” (E! Back in September, Amber revealed what method of child birth she would undergo.
“I’m so ready. I’m going all-natural. I’ve decided that I’m going to have an all-natural water birth. No medicine,” Rose revealed in an interview. “I want those bragging rights! The next time Wiz has a stomachache or anything, I’ll say, ‘I popped out a baby all-natural.'” (XXL Magazine)
Recently, her fiancé revealed Rose suffered a miscarriage prior to the current pregnancy.
The Black And Yellow rapper told DJ QDeezy on Philadelphia radio station Hot 107.9 that is why they waited until she was in her second trimester at the September MTV Video Music Awards. ‘Her first pregnancy was like right before and it was unexpected,’ the rapper said. ‘Right when we found out she was pregnant she lost the baby, and she got pregnant again like right around the time we found out she lost the baby. ‘So that second time when she got pregnant, we didn’t want to say anything about it until after her second trimester and everything.’ The 25-year-old hit maker says he is excited to become a father for the first time. ‘I can’t wait, every time we go to the doctor, he tells us how healthy the baby is, how perfect her pregnancy has been, and it has just inspired me to be the best dad.’ (Daily Mail)
Over the summer, Wiz spoke on preparing to add the “father” title to his portfolio.
“We found out this summer, and it was more of a celebration than anything,” the rapper shared backstage with MTV News correspondent Jim Cantiello after Thursday night’s 2012 MTV Video Music Awards. “I did a backflip; she was doing this little dance that we made up.” Rose chimed in: “It’s called the monkey butt dance!” Celebratory gymnastics aside, Khalifa said he doesn’t expect that his life will slow down because he’s going to be a dad: “I’ve been pretty focused my entire life, and now that I have a family, I’m just going to keep that focus, but it’s going to be a family focus.” (MTV)
