Although Jigga and Bey have not made any purchase yet, reports claim they are interested in a $25 million mansion.

The pair checked out a home at 466 Further Lane just on the border of Amagansett and East Hampton. Last summer, they rented Joe Farrell‘s Sandcastle home, which, as we reported, is no longer on the market. The stunning home on Further Lane does not give a price — asking potential buyers to call — and the listing broker, Corcoran’s Susan Breitenbach, did not get back to us, but, we hear, the price is around $25 million. The mystical getaway is decked out with a gym, gardens and pool.

The four-bedroom, 5½-bathroom, two-story home is 6,500 square feet sitting on 2-plus acres and was built in 2012. South of the highway, it includes a heated pool and room for a tennis court. The compound has four “outbuildings,” according to the listing, including a pool house, three-car garage and gym. There’s also an apple orchard, stone paths and gardens. There’s lots of outdoor entertaining space — pergolas, fireplaces and covered porches. Inside, there’s antique wide plank dark floors, vaulted ceilings and custom doors. (New York Post)

Recently, Maybach Music Group leader Rick Ross talked about purchasing retired boxing legend Evander Holyfield‘s Georgia mansion.

“I rode by that property for years and I used to just look at it,” Ross said in an interview. “If you’re a person like me that’s inspired by certain things and I just felt like me acquiring that property and me really speaking to some kids and giving them that same passion and them looking in my eyes and me telling them, ‘Yo, this is real.’ That’s a huge crib. I went on it last week. I asked [the realtor] to walk me through it before I made the purchase and I found ten new bedrooms I didn’t even know was there, there’s an inside basketball court, pools, et cetera, et cetera. But I feel there’s somebody that needs to see that. It’s somebody that needs that inspiration. We’re going to open up them doors to these kids from New Orleans, from Atlanta, from Miami and just open their minds a little bit.” (Revolt TV)

Last week, reports of Ross getting his hands on the decked-out home surfaced.

If you were wondering if Rick Ross’ is really ballin’ wonder no more. Big man has just scooped up the house previously owned by Boxing legend Evander Holyfield. The mansion boasts 109 rooms and is an astounding 54,000 square feet. The house also sits on 235 acres that will have to be mowed. For entertainment, there is a bowling alley a movie theater and a stable, just in case Ricky Rozay wants to do some horseback riding. The dining room holds 100 people or 1 Rick Ross and 10 guests. The house was foreclosed on and the amount that Ross paid has not been revealed although Evander owed $14 million when he vacated back in July 2012. (Before Its News)
