G.O.O.D Music’s Teyana Taylor may not have a release date for her long-awaited retail debut, however, she is keeping things hot and steamy with a slew of new bikini photos.
Taylor unleashed the sizzling photos onto her Instagram page Thursday (June 13)
All eyes on Teyana Taylor. The 22-year-old Harlem hottie flaunted her toned abs and glistening body in a black bikini while soaking up the sun in Miami. In the sexy pics, which she shared on Instagram, she posed for a selfie before curling up alongside her male co-star on a lounge chair by the pool. Teyana has started work on her G.O.O.D. Music debut. She recently posted a Vine video of herself in the studio recording a new song. She is also collaborating with adidas on her second Harlem GLC sneaker, which will be available on November 29 aka Black Friday. The first one, released in February, sold out immediately online and fetched upwards of $1000 on eBay. (Rap-Up)
Earlier this month, New York rapper A$AP Ferg allegedly took a shot at Taylor during Hot 97 radio concert Summer Jam XX.
Fans now know when they can expect a full body of commercial work from A$AP Ferg, as the New York rapper made the reveal at Hot 97’s Summer Jam. The date for his debut album is August 20th. Actually, it was Hot 97 jock Peter Rosenberg that made the announcement right before Ferg hit the stage. Then, as he performed, Ferg had words for fellow Harlem artist Teyana Taylor. He rapped, “Who you know who got big tithes – Teyana/ Sucked on em when I lived out in Harlem/ got signed back Pharrell and started acting like a prima donna.” (AHH)
Teyana’s profile bloomed last year when she officially joined forces with G.O.O.D Music.
“First Lady Of That G.O.O.D Sh*t! http://instagr.am/p/KoGOneIsNX/ ,” she tweeted May 14th.
“G.O.O.D things do come to those who ignore those who doubt. http://instagr.am/p/KoI1BeosO0/ ” (Teyana Taylor’s Twitter)
She later detailed how the unexpected deal came together.
When MTV News caught up with Taylor after news broke that she’d officially been added to the Def Jam roster, she said the deal was finalized in April. “I had been actually working with the whole G.O.O.D. Music family for quite a while,” she explained. “Around the time we did the ‘Dark Fantasy’ song, I was still in my contract with Star Trak/Interscope Records, and I asked for release because I wanted to find myself as an artist. I had options to go to different labels, but I felt like G.O.O.D. Music was where I wanted to be, where I fit in.” (MTV)
