New York rapper A$AP Rocky made sure to give Coachella fans a memorable performance yesterday (April 11) after throwing disses at a clothing line with a new song.
According to reports and footage, Rocky took direct aim at a fashion line called Been Trill.
More important than Rocky even debuting new music though, was a few of the lines on the new track that are clearly directed at the fashion brand Been Trill. Rocky said on his new record: “I ain’t f**kin with that BEEN TRILL, swear shit is booty like Tip Drill, & I ain’t really into throwin’ shots, but these motherf***kers better gimmie props” From the sounds of that, it seems that Rocky is not pleased with the folks over at Been Trill in any way. There is no official word of when Rocky plans to drop this song, but hopefully it is sooner than later, as new solo music from him is long overdue. (Complex)
Despite the shots, media outlets are still unaware of where the beef may have stemmed from.
During the performance, Rocky had some words for the DJ-fashion brand collective BEEN TRILL led by Virgil Abloh. “I ain’t really fu**in’ with that BEEN TRILL, swear that sh*t is booty like Tip Drill,” said Pretty Flacko. “And I ain’t really into throwing shots, but these motherf***ers better gimme my props!,” he continued. Outside of feuds, A$AP and speculated girlfriend Chanel Iman are reportedly engaged.

Rihanna sparked new buzz of a romance with A$AP Rocky when they enjoyed a low-key date at Soho House on Monday. We’re told the pair, who have dodged relationship rumors in the past, spent all night together at the Meatpacking District private members club. “They were playing pool and hanging by the stairwell,” says a spy. “They weren’t kissing or anything, but they were looking very friendly.” (New York Post)
