According to reports, A$AP’s sidekick Yams announced the change in plans on social media.

Fans of A$AP Mob will now have to wait longer for the proper follow-up to their 2012 mixtape Lord$ Never Worry, as A$AP Yams recently announced on his personal Tumblr that L.O.R.D. has been scrapped. The Mob have released a handful of records intended for the project over the last year, including “Trillmatic,” “Xscape,” and most recently “Hella Hoes.” (Complex)

Yams broke this big news onto his Twitter page…

Yams revealed a big A$AP solo effort release on Twitter Sunday (September 28).

However, fans should find solace in his next announcement which seems to signify new A$AP Rocky music should be dropping soon. “FLACKO JODYE SEASON THIS FALL,” he typed. In more good news for A$AP fans, Yams also divulged a new A$AP Nast tape will drop in October.

The L.O.R.D. was initially expected to arrive this past winter.

ASAP Mob is releasing their heavily anticipated L.O.R.D. group album on March 4th. The collective cut will feature new collaborations from ASAP Rocky, A$AP Ferg, ASAP Twelvyy, ASAP Nast, ASAP Ant, and we’re assuming an all-star supporting cast of guest appearances. Since an official tracklist and cover art have yet to surface, stay tuned for more information. (XXL Mag)

Anticipation for a group project grew last year following an A$AP Mob mixtape release.

The A$AP Mob has been relatively quiet in past months. We heard in August that there would be an official A$AP Mob album to follow up their mixtape, Lord$ Never Worry, and although it was originally supposed to drop in October, obviously October has came and wen

  1. Bad choice by Rocky. He had a lot of hype & buzz surrounding him this year thinking that he was putting out “L.O.R.D” but then this news comes out saying he’s trashed the album. At this point A$AP Rocky is gonna be irrelevant in like five years from now just like the rest of A$AP Mob.
