In Styles’ perspective, L-O-X have reached a point where they are bigger than just entertainers.

“We business men, we gentlemen at the end of the day,” Styles said in an interview. “At the end of the day we businessmen. You come into this game as an artist, as a person who wants to rap, and then through years and developments and ups and downs, and mistakes, you learn your business. We don’t just handle ourselves as artists, we handle ourselves as businessmen, label-owners, CEOs, marketing, we’re each other’s A&Rs.” (Power 105.1)

While he confirmed label offers were still landing on LOX’s laps, the Ghost recently said new music would soon come to the diehard fans no matter the industry’s politics.

“We never broke up as the LOX. We kept our unity as a brotherhood. You don’t hear one of our solo albums without the other two on it. You don’t see one of us anywhere without at least one of us being there, or two of us being there. The lack of our album is due to politics, but we’ll get around the politics, and you will get a body of music — this was like saying, ‘We here, and screw the politics.’ It all kind of worked. Everything is just flowing right.” (Hot 97)

The LOX’s new Trinity EP project hit mega digital retailer iTunes a few weeks ago.

Beyoncé isn’t the only artist releasing surprise projects online. With fans patiently waiting for a new body of work, The LOX release a new EP out of nowhere on iTunes. Titled The Trinity, the 4-track EP is led by the trio of Jadakiss, Sheek Louch, and Styles P. It includes additional appearances from singers Tyler Woods (“Faded”), and Dyce Payne (“Three Kings”). Like Queen Bey, The LOX’s new release serves as a digital exclusive to the online retailer. Stream “Love Me or Leave Me Alone.” The LOX – The Trinity EP (Tracklisting): 1. “Faded” (Feat. Recently producer Swizz Beatz said the group’s highly-anticipated comeback album rested in Styles P, Jadakiss and Sheek Louch’s hands.

“It started off as a great concept, but you know, I’mma leave that up to Styles, ‘Kiss and Sheek,” Swizz told “RFL” host Sway Calloway. “We already like 10 joints in, and Khaled definitely has an ear for music and especially bringing along those collaborations, which I think could be a strong point for the LOX. But it’s [whatever] the LOX think.” Regardless of which direction the Yonkers trio take as far as production and scope for their 2014 LP, according to Swizz, what he’s heard already sounds nice. “L-O-X!” he said. “L-O-X!” (MTV)
