G-Unit leader 50 Cent continues his name-dropping ways on a new freestyle called "Old 2003 Ferrari" where he takes jabs at Kanye West, Wiz Khalifa, and Nas.
While only taking soft jabs, 50 pokes fun at the rappers’ publicized romances.
50 takes an easygoing approach to his latest freestyle. “N—- said they like my old s—/ So I’ll give them some old s—. What the f— do I care it’s old/ Should I give them some old s—? No, I’ll give them some new s— /I’ll just use my old flow,” he sings on the chorus. True to form, the hip-hop jester also takes a few shots at his fellow hip-hop associates. “We can share love like Kanye and Khalifa,” he quips, giving a shout out to Wiz Khailfa’s relationship with West’s ex, Amber Rose. “From runways in Milan, to big bags of reefer. S— aight for a night but don’t keep her/ Ask Nas, Kelis was the illest ether.” (The Boom Box)
Last August, Kanye West admitted his relationship with model Amber Rose had run its course.
“Yeah man, it was an amazing time and it came to an end,” West said. “One of the greatest things that she showed me was just to be a nicer person because she was so disconnected from the concept of celebrity when I first met her…A celebrity could be talking to people crazy and everyone’s used to it at the label like, ‘He’s wildin’ out. It doesn’t matter.’ [Amber] be like, ‘What?! You just talked to your fans so crazy right now. I’m not even talking to you right now.’ … I grew from that. I think that was the greatest growth that I got from that experience…My goal in life is to really have an amazing woman and have a family, but I think I had to go through these different things to grow…That was a one-off…I’m not trying to dive into anything unless I really, really think that I can marry this person. After being spotted on multiple occasions with Rose, Wiz recently talked about his relationship with Yeezy’s ex.
“She was dying to come to a show, I was dying to have her at a show, it was a good opportunity,” Wiz added speaking of Amber Rose. “[She met my mom], that was actually at Pittsburgh, at the AFC Championship. That was like a pretty big moment. People don’t know. We both travel a lot…She was close. Like I said, I was on tour at the time, we’re both really, really busy. It was convenient…I’m working hard as h*ll man.” (In Flex We Trust)
No longer married to Kelis, Nas recently had his child support and spousal payment arrangement decreased.
Nas just had his child and spousal support obligations sliced in half, but he still has to pay ex-wife Kelis a pretty penny … TMZ has learned. According to legal docs filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Nas must now pay a tad over $5,000 a month in child support and $20,000 a month in spousal support. It sounds like a lot, but Nas was paying twice that until he convinced the judge the bad economy has even hit the rap biz hard. So this month, Nas pockets an extra $25k for himself. (TMZ)
