Details of the music executive’s latest legal situation surfaced online Monday (October 28).

Los Angeles City Attorney’s spokesman Frank Mateljan says the rapper, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, was ordered on Monday to pay $7,100 in restitution and take year of domestic violence classes. Jackson had previously pleaded not guilty to destroying items in his ex-girlfriend’s condo during a June argument. The woman had accused Jackson of breaking down a door and kicking her, but the domestic violence charge was dropped Monday. Mateljan says the rapper must comply with a restraining order. Attorney Scott Leemon said Jackson is pleased the case is resolved and the domestic violence charge was dropped. (USA Today)

The New York rap veteran appeared in court last summer to address the domestic violence case.

50 Cent has just pled not guilty to domestic violence charges — after allegedly attacking his baby mama in her home in June — but a judge still ordered him to stay the hell away from her … and TURN IN ALL HIS GUNS. According to the protective order, 50 is also prohibited from contacting model Daphne Joy — the alleged mother of his second child — in any way. He must stay at least 100 yards away from her at all times. And this is interesting — on his way out of L.A. court Monday morning, a process server hit 50 with a stack of legal papers. The process server told us the docs were related to this case. 50 is due back in court next month. (TMZ)

Joy had an attorney formally speak out on the domestic violence accusations back in July.

Daphne Joy, who was born in the Philippines, has a baby by the rapper and is now focusing on safety for the child and herself, said Jim Yeager, a spokesman for the Los Angeles law firm of Meyer, Olson, Lowy & Meyers, which is representing her. The alleged victim, whose name wasn’t earlier disclosed by authorities, released her name Friday through Yeager. “Daphne Joy and Curtis Jackson have been together for a few years in an exclusive relationship,” said a statement by the law firm. “They had a child and now Daphne’s number one priority is to ensure both her and the baby’s safety during this difficult time. We also hope everyone will respect her and the baby’s privacy.” (CNN)

G-Unit’s Kidd Kidd recently told SOHH he would always stand behind Fif no matter the legal situation.

“One thing about it, man, Fif was one hundred percent behind me so I’m always gonna be one hundred percent behind him whether he right, wrong or whatever,” Kidd Kidd told SOHH. “For real. And that’s being loyal. That’s another thing about the game, it’s about loyalty, man. For real. Ain’t no such thing as falling back because when a person’s down, that’s when they need you the most and that’s when you’re supposed to be there for them. He was there for me when I was down, so it’s only right. I will never fall back. For real, we’re trying to move forward. Ain’t no such thing as falling back. G-Unit/Rida Gang to the end.” (SOHH)
