50 Cent Gives Step-By-Step Breakdown To Stop Pleasuring Yourself: “God Is Watching You”

G-Unit’s 50 Cent may have an upcoming physical workout book heading to store shelves soon but the New York rapper dished out some anti-self-pleasure tips this week.

Taking to Twitter, Fif gave his own rundown of how people can keep their hands off themselves.

“Masturbation is a sin you stop right now fool!!! lol God is watching you#SMS,” Fif tweeted Wednesday (September 26).

“Step to stop masturbating.”

“Step 1. To avoid the urge to masturbate stop going to porn sites.”

“Step 2. Make a conscious decision not to turn your head after people walk by you.”

“Step 3. Do not go to strip clubs”

“Step 4. Do not look at lust filled magazines” (50 Cent’s Twitter)

Known for his tip-giving, Fif recently talked about an upcoming workout book coming soon.

“I’ve been writing, I wrote books since ’04, I’ve got this fitness book, well, a book on strength,” Fif said in an interview. “My concept of strength is physical, mental and spiritual. To offer that, and I’ll be releasing that shortly. Probably the end of this year or the top of next year. [My workout regiment] changes according to what kind of project I’ve got coming. When I was on the All Things Fall Apart [movie], I had to lose so much weight that I was just on a liquid diet for nine weeks and then I started trying to put the weight on, I was having protein drinks three times out of the day outside of my regular meals. I was eating like five or six times out of the day. And then I put the weight back on and now I gotta kinda get all the way cut up. I want to be back to the size I was when I released Get Rich or Die Tryin’. [laughs] I gotta get back to that, man!” (102.5 KDON)

Last week, the buffed rapper’s Formula 50 book cover surfaced onilne.

50 Cent is teaming up with Jeff O’Connell for a fitness book titled Formula 50 which “reveals his strategic six-week workout plan for achieving a ripped body–and developing the mental toughness to stay in shape for a lifetime.” Up top is the front of the book which will be available on December 27th on iTunes as well as Hardcover. Last winter, reports bubbled online about the rapper’s intent to drop a fitness-based project.

Acclaimed actor, tireless entrepreneur and occasional rapper 50 Cent has announced his next eagerly anticipated extension of the 50 Cent brand. According to The Associated Press, the man born Curtis Jackson has begun work on a fitness book to be published in January 2013 by Avery Books, because of course he has. (NBC New York)
