The entertainment-based television channel has announced a strong line-up of new series slated to air as early as next month, including Fif’s special.

In addition to the new series announced today by E!, the network has a bunch of new specials set to air in the coming months. Some of the specials will feature inside looks at the lives of stars like The Girls Next Door’s Holly Madison, rapper 50 cent, and Dancing With the Stars’ Brooke Burke. Also on the slate are specials looking at the money spent on Hollywood babies, secret Hollywood societies, and one really sweet special in which Nick Cannon will renovate his grandparents’ house. Curtis Jackson’s “50 Hours” will offer viewers an inside look at the rap star’s life as he prepares the release of a new solo album, presumably Street King Immortal.

Finally, there are two more specials set for fall airdates. 50 Hours With 50 Cent will give one fan the chance of a lifetime to go behind the scenes and spend time with the rapper – 50 hours to be precise – as he gears up for the release of his new album. Inner Circle will showcase celebrities hanging out with one of their close friends or members of their “inner circle”, chosen by the celebrity. In this special, the two will chat about life, and the friend will get to ask all the questions. (Cinema Blend)

Just last month, Fif hinted at possible plans to put out a reality series based on his love for boxing.

Jackson’s fighters are all talented, but not many people outside of boxing have heard of them. So now he has to draw on the marketing genius that made him a millionaire in hip-hop, apparel and even flavored water. He’s making certain that Gamboa, a Cuban defector, learns English. He’s scheming up a TV reality show, a la The Ultimate Fighter. He also intends to change the current fight card paradigm. “I want to do away with the main event,” he says. “I want the entire card itself to be the main event. Not just the last fight.” Another thing he gets: the power of his own Q rating. “Due to the competitive nature of hip-hop, there are people who want to see 50 Cent fail,” he says. “So those people will tune in to see if Billy Dib loses — and that’s a vital connection through pop culture.” (ESPN)

Back in 2008, Fif suffered the wrath of television networks when his “Money & The Power” reality series had its run ended short.

The New York Post has confirmed that MTV will be dropping 50 Cent’s reality show, “50 Cent: The Money And The Power,” due to its low ratings. Despite Fif’s claims that his show was doing great, it seems as if Donald Trump’s calculations were more on point. As XXLmag.com previously reported the multi-millionaire said that “The Money And The Power” will fail, because it was a rip off of his TV series “The Apprentice.” While 50’s program was cancelled, MTV has plans for 16 new reality shows to premiere on the network.
