G-Unit boss 50 Cent has stepped forward to speak out on having his “Power” Starz television series moved from Saturday to Sunday nights beginning this summer.

Fif addressed the dicey power move and said he welcomed the challenge of going up against premium network HBO’s best line-ups on Instagram last night (May 27).

Barring any changes, “Power” season three officially returns in mid-July.

In a move that shifts the show from its regular Saturday evening timeslot, EW has learned that the Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson-produced drama is set to premiere Sunday, July 17, and will include 10 one-hour episodes – although whether that proves long enough for James “Ghost” St. Patrick (Omari Hardwick) to get out of the crime game remains unseen. Last month, 50 Cent promoted his hit Starz show on Instagram.
