Rapper Reveals His GTA V Character, A$AP & Snoop On Male Groupies, NFL Champ Disses Young Buck?
Talkin’ Thursday. Everyone’s talking so why not start with the most talkative rapper Danny Brown revealing how you can find him in the new Grand Theft Auto V video game? Speaking of Brown, his homeboy A$AP Rocky and Snoop Dogg actually spoke on male groupies. That’s hard to believe, much like an NFL free agent dissing Young Buck? All this coming up in SOHH Whatcha Think.

1. Grand Theft Danny
There was a lot of talk about The Game being featured on Grand Theft Auto V but so far, there’s been no evidence he’s actually in it. However, if you look in one particular area of the must-have game of the year, you’ll run into Danny Brown? That appears to be the case. Rolling Stone is up on it:
If you’re not concerned about making money from music, what’s your goal?
I make money off shows. [Others] make money from selling music and things, but I make money from way cooler places. I’m getting into voiceovers and shit. I did Grand Theft Auto V – I’m actually one of the lifeguards. If you go on the beach, there’s mad lifeguards, and if you fuck with one of them, it’s me, and I try to beat you up. I just did Fox’s Animation Domination TV show. If I could make money from voiceovers, then I could just do whatever music I want. I think I have a cool-enough voice to do that type of shit. I don’t know if Pixar will hire a guy who writes about eating pussy all the time, though. Maybe I need to tone it down a little bit. (Rolling Stone)
Has anyone experienced this feature yet? With rappers and celebrities popping up in last year’s NBA 2K13, you’d think the trend of entertainers making cameos would be a growing trend. Maybe they’ll make Nicki Minaj a lifeguard in GTA VI? #SOHHWhatchaThink?
2. An Inconvenient Truth
As much as people love to throw out the term “groupie” in the music industry, it’s a two-edged sword. Of course the main images which come to minds are curvy women that are down for anything and everything. But the truth is there are both women and men groupies. A$AP and Snoop have some interesting words on the topic. XXL Mag via Noisey is on it:
Hip-hop could not ask for a more candid moment than for A$AP Rocky and Snoop Dogg to converse about groupies. As the lively rappers sat down to discuss valuable life lessons, the two also spoke about the outpouring of hyper-active enthusiasts around them, who happen to be both male and female.
In another segment of Noisey’s “Back & Forth,” Rocky this time chatting with Snoop, talks about the recent outbreak of male groupies. Reflecting on some funny stories, both emcees express a strong disliking for the bunch, telling that the lengths they go to are most times unwelcome. Snoop even throws in a story about a male chasing him in a foreign country, which is definitely a highlight in the clip.
Continuing discussing the loses and gains of fame, the rappers also express the many changes that have come about since getting on. (XXL Mag)
Is there any chance male groupies are going to become bigger than female groupies? Even Kat Stacks has stepped away from the limelight and admitted those days are behind her. What’s next? #SOHHWhatchaThink?
3. Get Buck
Does Young Buck need to start worrying about pro athletes dissing him? That might be the case after seeing former New York Giants champion Travis Beckum take what appeared to be a shot at him on Twitter. The one and only Travis Beckum is on it:
The fact is Travis is currently a free agent/unsigned so could this be a ploy to receive some attention? Does he have a valid point though? In actuality, guns are what forced YB behind bars. #SOHHWhatchaThink?
