Pusha T Names Fave “MNIMN” Track, “Love & Hip Hop: LA” Coming, LeBron’s Fire-Blazing Heat Workout?

Working Wednesday. Everybody’s putting in work today, so why not put some light on Pusha T naming his favorite track from My Name Is My Name album? You’re going to have to pick your favorite “Love & Hip Hop” series after new buzz about more locations being picked up. Something LeBron James didn’t pick up is his jersey for a recent Miami Heat workout. All this coming up in SOHH Whatcha Think.

1. My Fave Is My Fave

If you haven’t picked up the new Pusha T album, you’re missing out on some really good records. It’s pretty hard to just choose one but if you listen to what Pusha T recently had to say, it’s really a no-brainer. You Heard That New has the footage:

Pusha breaks down his forthcoming solo effort, My Name Is My Name with Revolt TV during a recent album listening session. My Name Is My Name is in stores today.

“40 Acres” is a pretty mean record but if you’ve heard Pusha’s long-awaited debut, it’s going to take a few listens before boiling it all down to one track. Hopefully the masses hear what could be one of the year’s best releases. #SOHHWhatchaThink?

2. Love & Hip Hop: Global

Are we in for a “Love & Hip Hop” global expansion series? Probably not but the show is allegedly getting the attention of lots of markets where hip-hop really thrives. New York seemed like a no-brainer and Atlanta appeared to be even more popular, but going out to Houston, New Orleans and even Los Angeles? All Hip Hop Rumors has a take:

Goodness gracias! We already are hearing that there’s going to be a “Love And Hip-Hop Houston,” but it seems like the franchise won’t soon stop. It seems like there are a couple more on the way. Get set for “Love And Hip-Hop New Orleans” and “Love And Hip-Hop Los Angeles.” Wow. Just great. I wonder what rapper’s are going to be a part of this one? Word on the street is Willie D of the Geto Boys are all in on the Houston version. (All Hip Hop Rumors)

As much as people complain about reality television etiher being fake or too ratchet, there’s no denying the fact it always gets attention and ratings. It’s like the argument of wrestling years ago, as much as we complain about how fake it is, we’re all still watching. #SOHHWhatchaThink?

3. Heat’s On

Are the Miami Heat destined for a three-peat? The NBA season starts in a few weeks and by the way LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh look, they’re hungry for another championship. LBJ is going to extremes to show he’s ready. NESN is on it:

The Miami Heat’s copy of the Rocky IV soundtrack CD definitely got a workout on Tuesday. LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh, each wearing a different alternate uniform, waded through smoke and fake fire at an over-the-top photo shoot. The shoot featured a shirtless James working out with chains and tires, presumably while humming “Hearts On Fire,” and Wade walked ominously through artificial smoke when the director imagined “There’s No Easy Way Out” blaring from the AmericanAirlines Arena speakers. (NESN)

In all fairness, it’s going to take a lot more than roaring in order to get the three-peat, but from a marketing standpoint, Miami Heat know exactly what they’re doing. Any chance LeBron and company are going to add another gold ring to their collection this season? #SOHHWhatchaThink?

That about wraps it up for today. This is SOHH On The Spot giving you the morning scoop from your favorite gossip sites.
