Lil Mo Disses Stevie Wonder, Chris Brown Decks Lambo In Nike Swag, X-Box One Tries Win PS4 Battle?
What The… Wednesday. It’s a day filled with head-scratching so why not get it started with Lil’ Mo calling out music legend Stevie Wonder? With your mind still on R&B, has Chris Brown found himself so bored that he has to deck his Lamborghini in a Nike-style design? A design everyone will be able to get their hands on soon is the Playstation 4, but could a new feature on the X-Box One give it a slight edge? All this coming up in SOHH Whatcha Think.

1. Gimme Some Mo’
Is Lil’ Mo trying to get some attention in 2013? If so, she definitely has received it after going at music icon Stevie Wonder following his announcement of boycotting Florida. Everyone has had mixed feelings about the boycott but to the extent anyone would bash someone like Stevie Wonder is pretty amazing. Cocoa Fab is all over this:
Lil’ Mo won’t be boycotting Florida for Trayvon Martin, as many of her fellow entertainers have done since the shocking verdict came down.
The R&B Divas: L.A. star took to Twitter to explain her reasoning.
“Ever since the verdict, a certain artist is boycotting the state of Florida. The fans don’t deserve to be deserted,” she posted.
Artists like Stevie Wonder and Mary Mary have officially refused to play any gigs in states with “Stand Your Ground” laws in place.Lil’ Mo wants them and everyone else to reconsider the protest. She even took a jab at Stevie’s blindness to prove her point.
“If the coin was right, would HIS staff accept or deny the gig? And if so how would he know? They could say it’s sumpter, sc or nah?” she wrote.
“TBH some artists have staff that dedicate their LIFE to that artist so when that artists expires the TEAM outta work. Think abt it b4 u buck,” she tweeted.
While she isn’t a fan of the protest, she does have other ideas for taking a stand. “I’m merely stating don’t boycott. “Do a benefit concert give the proceeds to the family,” she said. “My family normally vacations in FLORIDA july 22-aug 2, BUT, As of today we have reneged and will go to Another state instead.” (Cocoa Fab)
Was it really necessary to diss Stevie Wonder, especially the fact that he’s blind? Mo has been missing from the mainstream for a very long time and unfortunately, no matter how good natured she feels these comments were, they really came across very nasty. #SOHHWhatchaThink?
2. G.I. Joe Lambo
Is Chris Brown even worried about his hit-and-run case, especially after recently having his probation revoked? You wouldn’t think so if you took some time to look at what he’s been up to lately. Just when he decided to take down goblins from his house’s outside walls, the R&B singer is decking out his Lamborghini with some pretty fancy designs. TMZ has the shot:
Chris Brown just did it … he painted his Lamborghini Aventador just like a Nike Air Foamposite Camo sneaker … just for the hell of it.
We spoke to the owner of JC Customz in Bellflower, CA — who tells us Chris rolled into the shop last month — along with the Nike shoe — and asked the guys if they could replicate the camo pattern on the car.
We’re told the work took 4 weeks to complete — all handpainted, no wrap — with the total cost running close to $15k.
But it was obvious Chris felt he got his money’s worth — ’cause right after the job was complete, Chris posed for pics with his freshly painted toy.
Chris also grabbed a spray can and tagged some of his signature monster characters on the walls inside the shop — and the owner tells TMZ he’s stoked about the new art.
It ain’t the first time Chris has applied an unusual custom paint job to a super expensive ride — ya gotta check out the gallery. (TMZ)
Whether you hate him or love him, you have to appreciate how awesome his Lamborghini looks. Not only does it look like his sneaker transformed into a car, but the attention to details is pretty intense right here. #SOHHWhatchaThink?
3. Competition Getting Thick
Since the announcement of the X-Box One and Playstation 4 and the recent new details for each platform, the anticipation and excitement for their respective releases has only intensified. The latest information weighs in on the X-Box One’s favor. Complex has the inside:
Microsoft has confirmed that their upcoming Xbox One will allow users to record the last five minutes of gameplay directly to the console’s hard drive.
The recording system, known as Project Upload, will allow users to grab footage both on or offline and store it locally. Ken Lobb of Microsoft Studios was showing off the feature while demoing the new Xbox One exclusive Killer Instinct this past weekend during Comic-Con.
“The last five minutes of any game you’re playing is always being stored locally on your hard drive,” Lobb said. Through the voice recognition software bundled with the Kinect, you can tell your Xbox to record your gameplay, or, if it slips your mind, you can access the automatically saved last five minutes, and edit it as you see fit. (Complex)
For a diehard gamer, this is a huge advance in technology. When you think about some of those game winning drives in games like Madden or even NBA 2K, you wish you could run the last few minutes back and record it so you could post it onto Twitter/Facebook/YouTube. It now looks like you’ll be able to with the X-Box One. An instant replay is okay, but when you can get the real-time feel of a gaming experience, that’s something completely new and different. Should Playstation 4 be concerned or could Sony have something up their own sleeves? #SOHHWhatchaThink?
