“When I Checked His Sh*t Out, It’s Something I Saw Could Blow Up On A Major Scale”

Hot Spot No. 6

With 2014 finally here and in full effect, SOHH’s reached out to the biggest regional deejays throughout the nation to name the Top 14 Most Surprising Hip-Hop Hot Spots. Today, Bootleg Kev shines light on the Phoenix, Arizona hip-hop scene.

There’s a huge movement out here. There’s probably 10 or 15 artists that are really quality artists and have the potential to probably do some big things.

There’s a lot of hip-hop shows that pop off at this spot called Club Red. I would say Club Red is the biggest hip-hop venue out here for shows. A lot of artists come through Club Red. There have been some big acts there recently.

Club-wise, if you really want to get turned up on some ratchetness, then I would say Jaguars Club is where you should go out.
