G-Unit’s 40 Glocc has addressed Black Wall Street artist Menace after the Compton rapper claimed their publicized fight last month was the result of his own actions.
Via Twitter 40 mentioned that he was jumped unexpectedly by Menace and denied previously beefing with the fellow West Coast rapper.
“HE wana B*TCH UP NOW?..RT @AutumnJoi: ::Squashed Beef:: Compton Menace Says Beef With @40Glocc Squashed! Check It Out http://bit.ly/l4i3xY,” 40 Tweeted June 2nd.
“U CAN’T STALK ME 4OVER A YEAR&EMOTIONALLY ATTACH YA SELF 2ME AS A FAN THEN JUMP ME&SAY BEEF OVER.IT WAS NO BEEF 2BEGIN WIT I DIDN’T KNOW HIM” (40 Glocc’s Twitter)
This week, Menace addressed what went down during last month’s club fight.
“He had no choice [but to fight], he did what another cat against a wall would do,” Menace said in an interview. “40 Glocc got his a** whooped, he don’t run his mouth no more, and watch who talk sh*t about and watch who you run up on.” (All Hip Hop)
In late May, footage from the fight landed online.
In one video, which is very dark and hard to make out, it’s clear a melee had broken out in a private skybox suite at the venue. It’s hard to see who is involved, but nearly a minute into the clip, 40 Glocc walks into a lit part of the area with his shirt torn and blood on his head, which he has since claimed was from damage he inflicted to one of his attackers. In the second, clearer video (seen to left) — posted earlier Monday (May 23) on ThisIs50.com– both Menace and 40 are clearly shown fighting one-on-one for a few seconds, before several other men jump in and begin throwing punches at 40 from all sides. A few weeks ago, West Coast rapper Game broke the news about the 40 and Menace melee.
“@ComptonMenace why you beat the f*ck out that boy like dat blood. You know better than picking on lil n*ggaz ha ha ha,” he tweeted.
“Hood news: 40 cock goes down in the 1st round at the hands of the real “Big Baby” @ComptonMenace ha ha ha…. BUSTER (Mc Eiht voice)” (Game’s Twitter)
