[SOHH highlights a hot record every week and offers a behind-the-scenes look at the smash in Singled Out. After JUNE broke down his "Big Pimpin" anthem, "King of Brooklyn" Maino dishes out how his "Watch Me Do It" anthem came together.]

It's a long a** story to try to explain how "Watch Me Do It" came together. It went through a couple of hands. Shout-out to French Montana. Shout-out to T.I. Shout-out to Meek Mill because that record went through a lot and I still ended up with the record.

But at the end of the day, everybody on the record I f*ck with. I f*ck with all those n*ggas. It's just about real n*ggas connecting and doing music and getting money.

Nobody's tripping about nothing. I'm walking around with a crown on my head. If a n*gga really don't like it, he should knock that off.

He should knock that off whenever I'm seen. It's whatever. Nobody's worried about none of that. We're moving with respect. We're getting it and we're receiving it.

King of Brooklyn, baby.
