Former video vixen Amber Rose had onlookers scratching their heads at the Grammy Awards pre-show Sunday (January 26) after showing up with rap star husband Wiz Khalifa without some noticeable features.
Photos of Amber missing her flashy arm tattoos have started to scatter across the Internet.
Amber Rose stunned in a Naeem Khan dress at the red carpet for the Grammys on Sunday and there was something noticeably missing -- her tattoos! Amber went through a huge makeover with body makeup covering up the large tats on her arms. A few hours before the awards ceremony, Wiz Khalifa's wife tweeted that she was sick with the flu, but you'd never know it looking at how beautiful she looked on the red carpet! (RumorFix)
A couple years ago, producer Pharrell Williams revealed he was in the process of having tattoos removed.
"No, I was just young and dumb," Pharrell said when asked if he felt tattoos is like collecting art. "I ended up getting them as fast as I could, just going through a really crazy rebellious period. I got a lot of them but yes, [Anil Gupta] had given me one of my best tattoos. I'm going to go back to him. I still have tattoo removal being done now." (Complex)
Back in 2008, the platinum-selling producer discussed the process of getting rid of his ink jobs.
The NERD frontman - who last month played an exclusive set at Harvey Nichols to launch his latest collections - has revealed that he is trying a revolutionary new removal procedure, which involves applying new skin over old body art. "It's basically like getting a skin graft, but you're not taking skin from your a** or your legs. These guys actually grow the skin for you," he explains. "First you have to give them a sample of your skin, which they then replicate. Once that's been done, they sew it on - and it's seamless." (Vogue)
A few years ago, rap star 50 Cent revealed his motivation for having some tats taken off.
"It cuts down on the amount of time I have to spend in makeup covering them up," 50 Cent says about his decision, which he calls "an ongoing process." Still, don't expect him to rid himself of all the ink. His arms may be tattoo free, but 50's vowed to keep a tattoo on his back. (People)
