G-Unit head 50 Cent is reportedly looking for the justice system to work in his favor after pleading not guilty to a domestic violence accusation from ex-girlfriend Daphne Joy in court Monday (August 5).
According to reports, Fif has been ordered to cough up his guns in light of the case.
50 Cent has just pled not guilty to domestic violence charges -- after allegedly attacking his baby mama in her home in June -- but a judge still ordered him to stay the hell away from her ... and TURN IN ALL HIS GUNS. According to the protective order, 50 is also prohibited from contacting model Daphne Joy -- the alleged mother of his second child -- in any way. He must stay at least 100 yards away from her at all times. And this is interesting -- on his way out of L.A. court Monday morning, a process server hit 50 with a stack of legal papers. The process server told us the docs were related to this case. 50 is due back in court next month. (TMZ)
Buzz behind his slated courtroom appearance heated up the Internet early Monday.
Rapper and actor 50-Cent faces arraignment on charges that he attacked his ex-girlfriend and trashed her condo. The hearing for the singer, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, was scheduled for Monday. If convicted, the "In Da Club" singer faces up to five years in jail and $46,000 in fines. The woman told police that during a June 23 argument, Jackson began destroying property at her Toluca Lake condo before she locked herself in a bedroom. She says Jackson kicked open the bedroom door and kicked her, causing injury. (AP)
Initial plans were for Fif to be arraigned last month.

Joy had an attorney formally speak out on the domestic violence accusations earlier this summer.
Daphne Joy, who was born in the Philippines, has a baby by the rapper and is now focusing on safety for the child and herself, said Jim Yeager, a spokesman for the Los Angeles law firm of Meyer, Olson, Lowy & Meyers, which is representing her. The alleged victim, whose name wasn't earlier disclosed by authorities, released her name Friday through Yeager. "Daphne Joy and Curtis Jackson have been together for a few years in an exclusive relationship," said a statement by the law firm. "They had a child and now Daphne's number one priority is to ensure both her and the baby's safety during this difficult time. We also hope everyone will respect her and the baby's privacy." (CNN)
