[Each week, SOHH asks two entertainment personalities to name who they feel is the most underrated emcee in hip-hop. After WordSpit gave Canibus the title earlier this week, producer Harry Fraud crowns Cormega SOHH Underrated.]

Cormega (SOHH Underrated)

I've always thought Cormega was a grossly underrated rapper. Me and my friends always have spoken about that for years and years and years and years.

We'd talk about how this guy is a Queensbridge dude who could hold his own with anybody. He had a few issues and sh*t happens in the music industry and sh*t doesn't always go right. But, you know, if people do their history, they'll see he came back and really made a strong name for himself.

He put out his own records and kind of took a different approach because he was kind of not being treated the way he should have by the record industry. I think they kind of shunned him. But I definitely think, bars-wise, what an underrated dude.

We've been talking about putting some music together too, so hopefully we will.

Mega really had the edge on a lot of artists from his neighborhood. Not to say that in a bad way because Nas is Nas and Prodigy is my f*cking man. When Prodigy is on 10, he's very hard to f*ck with.

Queens breeds incredible rappers. The five boroughs breeds incredible rappers. Look at now, Action Bronson is an animal, man.

Harry Fraud has been in the rap game remixing and producing tracks since 2009. In just a few years, Harry Fraud has put together a powerful catalogue, featuring collaborations with many of this generation's most influential hip-hop artists. From mainstream to the underground, Fraud has enlisted a true who's-who of the rap game, including including French Montana, Jadakiss, Nicki Minaj, P. Diddy, Rick Ross, Wiz Khalifa, Juicy J, Sean Price, Styles P, Fat Joe, Action Bronson, Joey BADA$$, Pusha T, Mistah FAB, and Mac Miller. This past November, Scion A/V hosted an open mic event at Public Assembly in Brooklyn, NY, a one-time-only performance of Harry Fraud's previously released EP Cigarette Boats. His new High Tide EP is currently available at Scion AV
