Tricky Tuesday. It's all a big spectacle to get the day started, going first with Kim Kardashian and Kanye West finally bonding but not for long. Hopefully it will be longer than the hug Kanye West gave Jay-Z in New York City this week. Speaking of Jay, is his wife Beyoncé Knowles-Carter in the hot seat after covering an Amy Winehouse record? All this coming up in SOHH Whatcha Think.

1. Now You See Me, Now You Don't

Should the entire world be happy to see Kanye West? In all actuality, Paris, France has been pretty spoiled having him working over there on new music, far away from the American paparazzi. But it turns out Kanye's not going to be around very long. RadarOnline has more:

Their get-together in New York on Monday won't be for long. It's only a matter of time before Kanye West will be back working in Paris and staying as far away as possible from Kim Kardashian's reality TV world, is exclusively reporting. Kanye is recording in Paris and a source familiar with the situation tell RadarOnline: "He doesn't want to appear on Keeping Up with the Kardashians and being out of the country made that impossible." The perfect excuse? While some may think so, Kim has explained their separation by blaming work commitments. But a source tells Radar that Kanye's team has advised him that appearing on the Kardashian reality shows is bad for his brand, and his bottom line. (RadarOnline)

To think Kanye would be good for ratings but bad for his brand? It's hard to imagine Kim not trying to convince Kanye to come through for a few episodes, but hopefully West will play it safe and steer clear of those flashing lights. #SOHHWhatchaThink?

2. Bromancin' All Over The World

Aren't we all due for another Watch the Throne album? Hopefully there's something brewing considering the embrace Jay-Z and Kanye West had this week in New York City. It's been a while, or so it seems, since we saw these two together. TMZ has the shot:

Guess Jay-Z wasn't too pissed off after his BFF Kanye West publicly ripped "Suit & Tie" a few months ago ... 'cause the two reunited on the streets of NYC today and hugged it out like it never happened. Kanye's diss made national news back in February ... when he grabbed the mic at a concert and said, "I got love for Hov, but I ain't f***ing with that 'Suit & Tie." Justin Timberlake playfully shot back at Kanye during a performance on "SNL" ... but Jigga never really reacted to it ... publicly, at least. Seems it's all water under the bridge now. We're gonna hug to one song and one song only ... (TMZ)

There's no telling what is going to come out of this, but it's great to see Kanye and Jay smile and embrace the moment. #SOHHWhatchaThink?

3. Daddy's Girl

Beyoncé is a superstar in her own right, but a lot of people have complained about her vocals over the late Amy Winehouse's "Back To Black" record. Most notably is the singer's father who admitted Bey did little to "wow" him. VIBE has the coverage:

After a snipper Beyoncé and Andre 3K's Amy Winehouse remix for the upcoming flick The Great Gatsby hit the 'net, the late singer's father Mitch Winehouse was not impressed. Amy's pops wasn't particularly pleased when he heard that Beyonce would be covering one of his daughter's standout hits "Back to Black." "I don't think she brings anything to it," he told the Daily Mail. "I wasn't asked for my permission if they could record it." He eventually accepted the track's use. The slowed-down and warped Andre 3000-assisted cover is part of the official soundtrack to the film, which is being co-scored by none other than hubby Jay-Z. (VIBE)

Ouch. You would have to imagine Mr. Winehouse is being a bit bias to his daughter, but the talk around the Internet is pretty much the same. Bey is a great talent but as far as bringing something fresh to the table? Not so much? #SOHHWhatchaThink?

That about wraps it up for today. This is SOHH On The Spot giving you the morning scoop from your favorite gossip sites.
