"Love & Hip Hop" rapper Joe Budden has the Internet buzzing over a recent freestyle he dropped, hinting at the possibility of seeing Slaughterhouse release another project as early as next summer.
While he initially seemed to suggest another Slaughterhouse LP is on deck, Budden appeared to clarify he merely meant fans would see the quartet performing together.
"Slaughterhouse is coming in the next six months," Joe said in an interview before going into an in-studio performance. "Yeah, that was an exclusive. That kinda was an exclusive. Well, not that we coming in six months, but another concert series from us, that wouldn't be so unexpected in the next six months. No Love Lost, in stores." (Sway's Universe)
Last summer, Slaughterhouse's Shady Records debut opened at No. 2 on the Top 200 music chart.
Leading the way this week is Slaughterhouse's Welcome to: Our House at No. 2 behind TobyMac's Eye On It (69,000). With seven days in the books, the group's long-awaited sophomore album has shelled out 51,800 units. (SOHH Sales Wrap)

Recently, Mobb Deep's Havoc spoke to SOHH about his admiration toward Slaughterhouse member Royce Da 5'9.
"His lyrical wordplay is just crazy, you know what I'm saying? It's like no matter how many times I try to do that, it's like, it's hard," Hav told SOHH, referring to his admiration for "Tell Me To My Face collaborator Royce Da 5'9. "He makes it sound easy. It wasn't even really a hard decision to want to get Royce for a feature because I also produced a track on [2011's] Bad Meets Evil, that was a record Eminem and Royce Da 5'9 did. So, you know, I already kind of had a feel for him and then with the Slaughterhouse, he was one of my favorite artists out of the group, even though I like all of them equally, he just kind of stands out to me."
