Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Monday. What better way to get the fesitivites started on such a historic date than finding out what really caused Lupe Fiasco to burst at President Barack Obama last night in Washington, D.C.? Word is it had something to do with a lady. Speaking of ladies, turns out Karrueche Tran is finally giving into the press and talking. Tran's not the only one talking, Notre Dame star Manti Te'o is going to spill his guts about this whole imaginary girlfriend hoax later this week. All this coming in up SOHH Whatcha Think.

1. Shame On A...

Could Lupe Fiasco's publc display of hate for President Barack Obama have been for a woman? We all know he's had his issues with the head of state for quite some time, but could this latest act of embarrassment have been sparked due to a girlfriend? Media Take Out has more:

January 21, 2013: Rapper Lupe Fiasco is a HATER . . . and his rap career was a FLOP. First he HATED on Kanye . . . then he HATED on Jay Z . . . then he HATED on Chief Keef . . . now he's HATING on President Obama. Last night, while performing at an INAUGURATION EVENT meant o celebrate the RE-ELECTION of the first AFRICAN AMERICAN president in history . . . who actually has HIP HOP ACTS at his Inauguration . . . Lupe started acting A FOOL. First Lupe played a song where he bragged about not voting for President Obama - a move that served to HELP Obama's opponent Mitt Romney (a liar, a cheat, and a war monger). Then after his set was over - Lupe made a scene by REFUSING to leave the stage. Security had to PHYSICALLY remove him. So what is Lupe mad at??? He wants President Obama to side with the Palestinians in the Arab-Israel debate. You know . . . cause Lupe's DATING AN ARAB CHICK!!! (Media Take Out)

Ouch. You would have to think Lupe Fiasco is smart enough to make his own decisions and not let anyone, even a lover, influence what he does at any given moment. But still, 30 minutes of dissing President Obama at an inauguration party in Washington, D.C. of all places? That's pretty low-class, even for Lupe. #SOHHWhatchaThink?

2. Radio Head

Even though Karrueche Tran has been talking on Twitter and even did an interview with VIBE Vixen a couple weeks ago, we still have not really "heard" what she's got to say. So many things can get edited or even deleted from blogs and websites, that it's hard to get an idea of what's really real and what's legit. Well, KT is finally speaking out. Necole Bitchie has some notable quotes from her first radio interview:

Chris Brown suggested she should have a line of her own: Chris has his own men's line, which is Black Pyramid and he wanted to start a women's version so he asked me to do it. That's why we started off with just doing a women's line but then we ended up doing a men's line as well, so its unisex. For every outfit, there's a men's [version] and there's a women's [version]. I design both men and women. Everybody is like 'Where's your line?' 'Where's all the stuff' and I'm like 'I'm sorry but it's coming.' I promise you, it's really dope and everybody will love it. Just give me some time. Her loyalty lies with Chris Brown: I will always keep my relationship and my personal life personal. I stand behind whatever I do 100 percent. So, now that's the focus. She doesn't know where she stands with Chris Brown or maybe she does: [laughs] Ummmm... I can't say. Like I said, I'll just keep that personal. If Chris was to ask her to marry him, she'd say: [laughs hysterically] The time is not all [laughs]. (Necole Bitchie)

Necole always does a great job at pulling the goodies from these things, saving at least 20 minutes of watching constant chit-chatter. It's almost sad that Karrueche is going to always be linked to Chris Brown before she gets recognized as an individual herself. But maybe this is what could help give her the spark. We all remember how Eva Mendes had to drop the top in Training Day for Denzel Washington before she got major headlining roles in flicks like Hitch and The Spirit. #SOHHWhatchaThink?

3. Te'od

It's very rare that sports gets covered in here, but due to the buzz going on with Manti Te'o and his "imaginary" girlfriend hoax story, there's no reason why he can't get some shine. We're living in times where there are so many ways to do good on social mediums like Twitter and Facebook but then you have these bizarrre, sick cases which just hurt your stomach. Manti decided to skip out on Oprah Winfrey and Barbara Walters to bring his talent to the one and only Katie Couric. TMZ has the inside:

Manti Te'o will finally go on camera to talk about the recent girlfriend hoax controversy ... and Katie Couric is the lucky broadcaster to score the interview. Te'o spoke to ESPN's Jeremy Schaap on Friday, but not on camera. During that interview, Te'o admitted he handled the Lennay Kekua situation poorly ... but maintained he was in no way involved with the hoax. The Notre Dame linebacker told Schaap he only realized for sure this past week that he was being duped. According to ABC News, Couric will sit down with Te'o and his parents, Brian and Ottilia Te'o. The interview will air this Thursday. (TMZ)

It seems like every year there's a new trend. It's either planking or Tebow'ing and right now we have Te'oing. Hopefully Miss Katie will pull out the truth behind this entire mess so there's an end to the imaginary girlfriend jokes. #SOHHWhatchaThink?

That about wraps it up for today. This is SOHH On The Spot giving you the morning scoop from your favorite gossip sites.
