Renowned television personaiity Oprah Winfrey is not yet ready to buy into reports of former lovers Chris Brown and Rihanna reuniting but admits she is supportive of RiRi's choice either way.
Rather than scold the possible reunion, Winfrey said she has no judgement in the matter.
"Extra" caught up with Oprah Winfrey on Friday in Houston and asked her about the recent reports saying Rihanna has rekindled her relationship with Chris Brown. Oprah wasn't sure if the reconciliation rumors were true, but she supports the "We Found Love" singer and her own life decisions. "I think that if she is prepared to deal with that and is prepared to help him help himself then so be it. I have no judgment about it. That's why I can sit there and have such a great time with her because I do all my interviews with no judgment whatsoever. If that's how you choose to lead your life, that's really okay." (Extra TV)
Back in August, RiRi sat down with Winfrey and poured out her feelings over Brown.
Award-winning songstress, scandal queen and party lover Rihanna is usually controlled and put together when she does interviews with the press. However, in her recent interview with Oprah Winfrey for "Oprah's Next Chapter," the pop star invites the talk show icon to her native Barbados to chat about her career and personal life, even getting a bit tearful when she talks about her past with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown. "It was embarrassing, it was humiliating," Rihanna states, her eyes brimming with tears. "I lost my best friend." The "Where Have You Been" songstress is clearly referring to the domestic violence assault she experienced at the hands of Brown while the two were dating. (The Boom Box)
Last weekend, Chris released an open video hinting at his love for both Rihanna and ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran.
"Y'all don't really get the real Chris Brown, so I like to just be honest. I'm just stressed out. It ain't about the music, I love my fans, it's just that when you share a history with somebody and you tend to fall in love with somebody else, it's kinda difficult ... Is there such thing as loving two people? I don't know if it's possible, but I feel like that." (Vimeo)
The former lovers were spotted a couple nights prior at a Jay-Z concert.
Rihanna and Chris Brown aren't even trying to hide it anymore -- 'cause it looks like they were getting cozy at the Jay-Z concert tonight ... and, based on Twitter, everyone in Brooklyn saw it. A pic taken from behind RiRi and Chris at Barclays Center is burning up the Internet -- they're seated in VIP ... he's on the left, she's on the right. No physical contact -- in the photo, anyway -- but Chris' right arm is stretched around the back of Rihanna's chair. (TMZ)
