Tricky Thursday. It's hard to believe what's going on today and it all begins with Chad Ochocinco and Evelyn Lozada...getting back together? Touchdown? Score? There really isn't much technology featured in here but finding out what Samsung did to Apple in its $1 billion case made it a must-read. Then it's to some "Friday" news, unfortunately, it's not sequel talk but an alleged case of rape. All this coming up in SOHH Whatcha Think.

1. Baby Don't Go

It's been less than a month since all the craziness went down between Chad Ochocinco and Evelyn Lozada. Quite frankly, we don't really know what originally happened anymore since so much has popped off after the domestic violence arrest. Canceled TV shows, cut from the Dolphins, divorce papers, lost endorsement deals, leg tattoos, you name it. All of this may be forgotten though in the near future. Media Take Out has the scoop on why these two may be getting back together.

GET OUUUUUUUT!!!! The Streets Say That Evelyn Lozada May Be Getting Back Together With CHAD OCHOCINCO!!! September 06, 2012: just got word that Chad's wife EVELYN may be considering getting back with Chad - if he GETS PROFESSIONAL HLP, and proves that he's NO LONGER AN ABUSER. When we heard this - we were like - it CAN'T BE. But then we saw Ev's recent interview with PEOPLE magazine, and were like WTF??? When asked by the mag whether her relationship with Chad was over - she said, "You can't repair this . . . Not right now. You just can't." Not right NOW? Then when??? (Media Take Out)

No offense, but it seems like Chad is going to need a lot more than professional help to get his mind on the right page. He's been known as an NFL diva and strives off the media attention. Does anyone think they can put the past in the past and get back together? #SOHHWhatchaThink?

2. Where's The Money?

Who would have thought millionaire business executives had a sense of humor? Turns out Samsung had to pay up $1 billion to Apple recently and got a bit tricky and sly with the payment. Now don't get it twisted, $1 billion was still paid out but as Bossip will tell you, there was one minor complication:

This morning more than 30 trucks filled with 5-cent coins arrived at Apple's headquarters in California. Initially, the security company that protects the facility said the trucks were in the wrong place, but minutes later, Tim Cook (Apple CEO) received a call from Samsung CEO explaining that they will pay $1 billion dollars for the fine recently ruled against the South Korean company in this way. The funny part is that the signed document does not specify a single payment method, so Samsung is entitled to send the creators of the iPhone their billion dollars in the way they deem best. This dirty but genius geek troll play is a new headache to Apple executives as they will need to put in long hours counting all that money, to check if it is all there and to try to deposit it crossing fingers to hope a bank will accept all the coins. Lee Kun-hee, Chairman of Samsung Electronics, told the media that his company is not going to be intimidated by a group of "geeks with style" and that if they want to play dirty, they also know how to do it. [The Chairman says:] "You can use your coins to buy refreshments at the little machine for life or melt the coins to make computers, that's not my problem, I already paid them and fulfilled the law. A total of 20 billion coins, delivery hope to finish this week." (Bossip)

That's like winning the $3 million lottery and getting paid in pennies. Money is money, but could you imagine having over 30 trucks filled with nickels? Talk about playing dirty. #SOHHWhatchaThink?

3. Pinky & The Lawsuit

We've all been waiting for any type of Friday-related news to pop up online for years and as of late, we've gotten bits and pieces. The latest, unfortunately, is that the actor who played "Pinky" from Next Friday is in the hot seat on a serious accusation. TMZ has the inside scoop:

The actor who played Pinky in two of the "Friday" movies claims he's been falsely accused of raping a woman in Louisiana last year ... despite allegations in a new lawsuit obtained by TMZ. Clifton Powell -- who also appeared in "Rush Hour," "Ray" and "Menace II Society" -- has been sued by a woman using the pseudonym Kiyante Myers ... who claims the actor raped her in a hotel room in August 2011. According to the suit, Myers claims she initially consented to sex with Powell ... but when it turned rough, she asked him to stop ... and he refused. Instead, she claims, Powell placed his hands over her face and raped her. TMZ has learned ... Myers went to cops about the incident last year ... and an investigation was conducted. But cops didn't feel there was enough evidence to prove Powell committed a crime and they closed the case against the actor. Myers has now taken her claims to federal court in Louisiana, where she's seeking damages in excess of $75k. A rep for Clifton tells TMZ ... "Mr. Powell absolutely denies these false accusations and plans on pursuing all legal remedies available to him against his accuser." (TMZ)

As funny as Pinky was in the movie, this is a serious accusation that shouldn't be taken lightly. You would hate to think this has any amount of truth in it. Could this bad press hurt his chances of appearing in a possible new Friday flick? #SOHHWhatchaThink?

That just about wraps it up for today. This is SOHH On The Spot giving you the morning buzz from your favorite gossip sites.
