Weeks after getting hospitalized for a heart attack, Hollywood actor Michael Clarke Duncan has passed away at the age of 54.
The actor, most known for roles in The Green Mile and Green Lantern, passed away Monday morning (September 3).
According to our sources, his passing came very suddenly. We're told his fiancee, Omarosa Manigault, was with him in his hospital room and left for a short period of time. When she returned ... he had died. Duncan's rep tells TMZ the actor never fully recovered from the myocardial infarction he suffered on July 13. Duncan's rep tells TMZ, "Manigault is grateful for all of your prayers and asks for privacy at this time. Celebrations of his life, both private and public, will be announced at a later date." (TMZ)
Back in July, the Hollywood actor suffered a heart attack but his fiancée performed CPR and helped save his life.
The actor was hospitalized in Los Angeles in July after suffering a heart attack. His actress-girlfriend Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth, discovered him in distress and revived him by performing CPR. Duncan is best known for his performance in the 1999 prison drama "The Green Mile," starring Tom Hanks. The actor has also appeared in "Armageddon," "The Scorpion King," and "Sin City." (ABC Local)
Despite surviving his July heart attack, Duncan remained hospitalized to recover.
