With "Jersey Shore" icon Snooki's entry into motherhood last weekend still buzzing in the air, Atlanta's Ying Yang Twins reveal to SOHH their love for the MTV show and react to the newborn baby news.
Kaine and D-Roc both congratulated Snooki and said she seems ready to fully embrace motherhood.
"We're fans of the 'Jersey Shore' show. The 'Jersey Shore' show is actually one of D-Roc's favorite shows. I'm being serious," Kaine told SOHH. "She's a grown a** woman, it's wrong to tell anyone what they can or can't do," D-Roc told SOHH. "Oh wait, she done already had the baby? Hey, congratulations. That's her bringing in a new life. You can't go off of what you see on TV and then think, 'If she has a baby, she's going to be a bad parent.' She might do a whole 360 and turn her life around. She already doesn't want to be on 'Jersey Shore' anymore. She already told them that she's got to have her own house and get a new one. She's already making the steps to be a good parent and to keep all that party sh*t." (SOHH)
Reports of Snooki giving birth to her newborn baby emerged over the weekend.
Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi gave birth to a 6-pound 5-ounce baby boy and is "so in love" with him, she said on Twitter. "I am SO IN LOVE with my son Lorenzo Dominic! I had my little man last night, healthy at 6lbs! HE'S MY WORLD!" the "Jersey Shore" reality TV star wrote on Twitter, then added a heart icon. Polizzi, 24, and fiance Jionni LaValle had their baby shortly before 3 a.m. Sunday at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, N.J. (Reality TV World)
She is also reportedly getting married to boyfriend Jionni LaValle.
Back in March, Snooki and Jionni announced they were not only expecting their first child, but also that they were engaged. "I mean, I do have a dream wedding," she told MTV News in April. "But I definitely don't even want to talk about it or think about it because I'm not even ready for it yet. I just want my baby first." (MTV)
Last December, Grammy-winning singer T-Pain revealed his admiration for "Jersey Shore" and Snooki.
T-Pain takes his haters to task in the second part of his interview with Rap-Up TV. The Auto-Tune master, whose fourth album rEVOLVEr was released earlier this month, explained why he has so many haters. "People feel like what I'm doing is easy," he said. "They feel like you don't have to write a good song to have a smash." Pain even compared himself to "Jersey Shore" star Snooki. "How many people hate Snooki? Snooki's rich. [They] ain't saying nothing about that. She got rich for being Snooki, but she rich and you can't do nothing about it 'cause you sitting at home blogging about how much you hate somebody that's rich." (Rap-Up)
