How do you celebrate scoring tons of media press and a new hit album: By getting in a minor fender bender, that's how. Vehicular accidents among recording artists seem to be up, after 50 got rear ended by a commercial truck, and DMX suffered a concussion from a spill off his ATV, Frank Ocean has been involved in a car accident.

It's being reported that on Tuesday evening the singer smashed the side of his whip while cruising through Los Angeles.

R&B singer Frank Ocean, who just recently came out as a bisexual man, was involved in a nasty fender bender in Los Angeles on Tuesday night. Ocean was on his way to the Wiltern Theater for a concert when the accident occurred. Ocean's BMW M3 sustained some serious damage, but he was not injured.(Rumor Fix)

In non-accidental news, Pitbull is OFFICIALLY being banished from America. For just a short while, at least. Wal-Mart's Facebook contest invited remote locations to gather "likes" for the rapper to perform in their town. The town with the most likes, wins. Welp, Kodiak, Alaska, must really love Pitbull, because the final verdict is in, and Pitbull will be headed that way soon.

The Internet has spoken: Miami-based rapper Pitbull appears to be coming to Kodiak. As part of an online contest where the Wal-Mart with the most likes earned a concert from Pitbull -- who is perhaps best known for his hit "I Know You Want Me" and being featured in the songs of what seems like every other artist on the planet -- a couple of writers from the website Something Awful started a campaign to "exile" Pitbull to the most remote Wal-Mart in the U.S. They settled on Kodiak.()

Kodiak, Alaska must not get very many big names out there. Because this town of 6,000 people are hype like they just found out their city will be hosting the next Olympics. Dah well. They happy, I'm happy. Pitbull mad?

Miami rapper Pitbull's upcoming visit to Kodiak, Alaska, will be one of the biggest things in the history of the Aleut city of 6,000! So says Conventions and Visitors Bureau boss Janet Buckingham. "It's going to be gigantic," Buckingham said. "We had [folk singer] Suzanne Vega in concert once. She did it in the high school gym, which has 600 seats. "And [ CSI: NY actor] Gary Sinise and his band played at the Coast Guard station. But we never had anyone here of the fame of Pitbull!"(TheCelebrityCafe)

What other artist should be sent to Alaska for a while?
