In this week's Pulse Report, we find out why Nas is living proof that ESPN is more hip-hop than BET, take a rare glimpse at Sean Price whipping kids into lyrical shape, admire Jay Electronica's new English MILF-uffin and oh SOHH much more!

1. Nas Is Like

Pardon me, y'all, but I'm trying to work on eliminating the term "doggy" and even "doggies" from my vocabulary. I'm not going to lie, y'all are probably going to spot a few cases of it in here and probably in future posts, but I've realized just as fine wine grows better in time, it's time to get a little bit more cleaned up. And nah, it has nothing to do with some of y'all goofy "doggies" calling me out in the comments section. LOL. Just like Nas had to change his album title to "Untitled" back in 2008, it's time for me to switch things up as well. Kinda like the way ESPN has switched up from being predominantly rockers-meets-occasional-country to the new stop for hip-hop. Sorry BET. IF y'all can't respect that, then check your friends' DVR'd recording of the 2012 ESPY Awards. From Nas rocking the stage to Swizz Beatz coming out, the rap game got plenty of shine the entire night. Before we get into the fun aspect of Wednesday night, let's at least pay homage to the winners:

Breakthrough Athlete of the Year: Jeremy Lin Record-Breaking Performance of the Year: Drew Brees, for breaking Dan Marino's NFL regular-season passing yards record Biggest Upset: L.A. ^ OK, now that that's out of the way, peep at the show Nas and Swizzy put on:

Nas even got Steve Nash to give him a few shout-outs.

"One of my all time favs... @Nas at the espys! http://twitvid.com/XPY8N"
"Esco!! Cant wait for the album! RT @Nas: Red Carpet at the Espy's with my man @stevenash http://instagr.am/p/M9j1brpEjs/" (Steve Nash's Twitter)

Granted, I'll still call Nas "bogus" here and there, but the love that he gets on the regular from doggies outside of hip-hop? Need more proof that Nas has ESPN by the jewels?

2. The Price Is Right

As part of a hilarious campaign, Brownsville-bred tough-talker Sean Price opened up a "rap clinic" to train aspiring MCs after hurting his vocal cords. For more than six minutes, the Heltah Skeltah spitter attempts to guide a group of goofballs through the basics of rhyming. He then proceeds to take a verbal dump on each and every one of them, from the Underdog T-shirt wearing goon to the 40-year-old dude trying to jumpstart his rap career. (Complex)

*DEAD!!!!* LOL!!!!! No words! I have no idea if this is legit or not, but the fact that Sean Price continues to have a presence in this rap game with something as witty and funny as this says a lot. LOL. Miss those Boot Camp Clik days but from what I gathered from this clip, it looks like Sean P. is having some fun with his own Bootcamp! LOL!

3. Moment of the Week: Jay Electronica Chilling W/ The Million Dollar MILF

Surprise! Yes, it's time to get a little bit more mature and evolve. Believe it or not, there was actually a lot of positive feedback from last week's Wiz Khalifa "Doggy of the Week" post. I thought I would hear an undying backlash to it only being one post (which was the point, such an absurd moment that he won the title hands-down), but to my surprise there wasn't nearly that much. If anything, it actually helped eliminate the "clutter" of four other posts in there. See, my whole thought process was that someone got the nod for having a ton of shine. Hence, the "Doggy of the Week" accolade.

Well, I then realized there's always one big underlying theme for each featured artist. Is it a new album out? Maybe a nasty beef? Maybe some female artist's graphic photos leaked? Well, those are all "moments" at the end of the day. Thus, we now have "Moment of the Week." It's time to acknowledge that one moment that made us either refresh a page, look at every single comment on that story or at least tell someone else about it.

This week's pick? Jay Electronica and the million dollar, or is it billion dollar, MILF. (OK, not your typical MILF but by English/British standards, she gets a pass). LOL.

Little more than a month after her bitter split from the son of billionaire financier Sir James Goldsmith, domestic happiness has swiftly settled on heiress Kate Rothschild and her rapper lover, Jay Electronica. They were seen emerging from the U.S.-born musician's elegant Chelsea apartment and heading off to work with Kate's rescue dog, Faith, playing with a ball at their feet. With a satchel on his back over a logo-d fleece and her boho chic look, the pair could have been posing for a fashionable clothing catalogue. (Daily Mail UK)

^ This moment is so big on a ton of levels. For starters, Jay Electronica's Roc Nation album is nowhere to be found, not even an album title, and yet he's mixed up in some love triangle? Where's Hovito when you need him? It's funny because all of this hype and speculation about him being linked to Kate Goldsmith/Rothschild all seemed like a bunch of bloody non-sense. LOL. Think about it, a British write-up of some billionaire married couple split with Jay Electronica caught right in the middle?

But, after those funny threatening Twitter disses Jay Elect shot over to her hubby and now this photo? You've got to give it up to him. Signed to Jay-Z's Roc Nation, had a baby with Erykah Badu, highly respected emcee on most blogs, has his own spot in London and oh yeah, he's officially smashing this English chick. Now if that's ballin' in Europe, then I don't know what is! LOL.

4. Mrs. Butterworth: Mileena Hayes

There's few women that when you think of them, you think of them naked first before clothed. Think about it. Even most adult film stars come to my mind in a skimpy outfit before I think of them all sweaty and putting on their "game" face. LOL. But something about Mileena Hayes has me thinking of her showing off those tatas before a stunning dress. Well, maybe it's because 98 percent of the videos she does (or so it would seem) happen to feature her in the nude. Call it artistic or call it adult entertainment value, she's my top pick for this week. A bad Spanish, Black, Italian-mixed chick, sexy face and uh....a body that makes you want to see more. Give it up for her, y'all!

^ SMH. It took me HOURS...OK, maybe five minutes, to find videos of her that are "NSFW" instead of flat-out in the full flesh. So enjoy doggies and always realize, she's only a few clicks away from even more spectacular clips! LOL.

5. Doggies Say The Darndest Things

What a wild past seven days. So many of your favorite artists talking so reckless, you can only appreciate the importance of a section like "Doggies Say The Darndest Things" for real. A$AP Rocky really putting the blame on Drake/Chris Brown beefing on the MEDIA. Really, A$AP? I guess those subliminal shots, diss track and Breezy saying he'd fight Drake for $1 million didn't have too much to do with it right? SMH. If that wasn't bad enough, then look at Crunchy Black. Just when you try to feel sorry for him, he says getting shot motivates him to work harder. SMH. Does he realize it's 2012 and all that "Shoot 'Em Up" stuff died once Kanye West entered the scene? And what can I say about Lil Scrappy that hasn't been said about any other obscene homophobic person? Really, Scrappy, gay men spread AIDS? Scientifically, too? Huh? You should be ashamed for being so blunt. Even though I respect him, I can't get over Kanye West putting MediaTakeOut on blast. I know I've blasted them too, but they HAVE put us all up on some legit x-rated material from Amber Rose and oh yeah, YOU KANYE WEST. Kinda hard to deny a naked pic when your face is clearly in the shot. SMH. And Rihanna, no more excuses. You're scared to take love in or have someone get too close again? SMH.....here we go again!

1. A$AP Rocky

"I wanna see Chris Brown and Drake squash that beef," Rocky said. "I hate it, I hate that those brothers, everybody's fighting, yo. I just want to promote positivity because I mean, for real for real, both of those guys are talented, and it just sucks that the media's hyping this up. That's what they did to Pac and Biggie. Not saying that it's ever that serious, to that extent because nobody's gonna die, I just feel [the media] can make and break a lot of relationships and personally, I just wish that those guys would make up. Drizzy's my brother and I just wish they would cut it out."

2. Crunchy Black

"I'm in the studio just trying to get some motherf*cking songs done up, you know what I'm talking about, and show these folks ain't no stopping me, man," Crunchy said with bandages over his face. "Every time I find out I've got another group of haters, man, it just helps me out a little more to keep on pushing and pushing. So yeah, it motivates me like a motherf*cker."

3. Lil Scrappy

Rapper Lil Scrappy believes gay men like Frank Ocean are the "doorway to AIDS" ... and wants more closeted homosexuals to "come out" so it can't be spread to straight people. Scrappy -- who now stars on VH1's "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" -- was on "TMZ Live" this week to talk about Ocean's revelation ... when he explained why he completely SUPPORTS the R&B singer. "I'm glad that he came out ... so all the real women that love to mess with real men, straight men, we can keep the AIDS situation down, you feel me?" Scrappy continued, "[homosexuality] is a doorway to AIDS, scientifically."

4. Kanye West

"If you have something to give the world, a lot of times, the press just tries to take everything negative. Just look at Media Take Out, they so f*ckin' full of sh*t. Show your motherf*ckin' face so I can smack the sh*t out of you! Making up sh*t every day. I am flawed as a human being. I am flawed as a person. As a man, I am flawed. But my music is perfect! This is the best that you gon' get ladies and gentlemen in this lifetime, I'm sorry. You go back to Beethoven and sh*t, but as far as this lifetime though, this is all you got."

5. Rihanna

rihanna-2012-07-07-300x300.jpgDrake (Concept)

"[I'm] rebellious through my music, through my fashion, tattoos, and my hair. I have been conservative in my love life. ... It's pretty much nonexistent. ... If I come across someone who I find really cool, I'll hang out. But the minute I find that we're getting too close I just -- I don't let people in. ... When I was in love, I fell so hard. I was really, really, really in love. The way it made me feel was priceless. And in a blink of an eye, my whole life changed. ... Everything that I knew was different. I never thought I'd feel that pain in my life. I'm afraid of feeling that again."

***Doggies, I intentionally avoided putting Mysonne in this post. You know, it's funny b/c I thought putting him on blast in here would have been righteous but then again, why even give him a platform for negative shine? The accusations and saying Frank's a sucker for revealing his sexuality prior to his album dropping? Really, DOGGY!? It's not like he leaked a semi-nude photo of himself. He made a statement that really can't be taken back or erased. His whole career has been affected, for better or worse, and there's no turning back. BUT OTHER THAN THAT DOGGY, yeah, just like pulling a cigarette out of anger, I had to say "doggy", it's the weekend and if y'all aren't hitting the beach or catching some zzzz's until Dark Knight Rises, y'all are crazy! Catch y'all on Tuesday! --BB***
