The quartet's next single is reportedly slated to premiere next week.
Meanwhile, the video for the album's "My Life" featuring Cee Lo Green and produced by StreetRunner and Sarom, debuted last week on BET's "106 & Park." One of the most anticipated and explosive albums of the year, welcome to: Our House, executive produced by Eminem, is the second album from the creative collaboration of Crooked I, Joe Budden, Joell Ortiz and Royce da 5'9". The next offering from welcome to: Our House is the Mr. Porter produced "Throw It Away" featuring Swizz Beatz. Recent reports had the long-awaited project dropping earlier this month.
Slaughterhouse are putting the finishing touches on their humble abode. Welcome to: Our House, Slaughterhouse's major-label debut on Shady Records, is scheduled for a June 12 release, and Eminem is just putting the finishing touches on the much-anticipated LP. "The album is done. In terms of vocal recording, we're done. Marshall is still in the process of mixing, we still got a couple of records that we're missing," Royce da 5'9" told MTV News on May 9 from the set of their "My Life" video. "We're on pace for June, worst-case scenario, we're looking at July, but it's definitely coming, 100 percent. (MTV)
Recently, group member Joe Budden said he hoped their LP got pushed back.
"I'm hoping it gets pushed back to July," Budden said. "I feel like when it's your major label debut, more time, in this instance we're only talking about two and a half weeks, that is important to me. The more time the better. It's more time to prepare. ... [The album's] really good. It sounds big, large. If you listen to 'My Life,' that sounds grand. The music, the feel, that is the theme to me -- it's big. It's triumphant. It's introspective. It's really good and it flows well." ("Jenny Boom Boom")
