[Each week, SOHH asks two entertainment personalities to name their Top 5 rappers of all-time. To make things tricky, we've created a "Hall of Fame" of emcees (see right) who are universally respected and therefore may not be mentioned. After Driicky Graham dished out his five favorites, producer Lee Bannon brings out his top spitters.]

  • p-kanye-west.jpgKanye West. Kanye is definitely on the same level as Tupac, Jay-Z and Biggie. I know this may sound blasphemous but I say this because of the social aspect. Pac was controversial and had the whole Black Panthers thing, Kanye's the same way with saying George Bush doesn't like black people. He had his moment in the little political spectrum and being controversial. On top of that, he's selling, his hip-hop and he's pop. That's very hard to do in hip-hop.

  • p-wu-tang-clan.jpgWu-Tang Clan. I'd put the whole RZA and Wu-Tang in there. First of all, even though they were wilding out and acting crazy back then, they had the whold discipline with the Five Percenters impressed me. That kind of set the tone for hip-hop with "Word" and "What up, G?" They made people so into lingo that they don't even know what they're saying.

  • cypress-hill-2012-06-08-50-65.jpgCypress Hill. Cypress Hill is dope. DJ Muggs is one of the best producers out there. I'd say Cypress Hill is on that list.

  • king-tee-2012-06-08-50-65.jpgKing-Tee. I feel like Biggie bit him. Go on YouTube and listen to "Down A** Loc" by King-Tee. I'm telling you, he's on my Top 5. That's for sure. This is of all time.

  • evidence-2012-06-08-50x65.jpgEvidence. I'd put Evidence from Dilated Peoples on there. He might not even say that much, but he's a true emcee. He's like Tim Duncan because he's so fundamental.
