G.O.O.D. Music Fridays could be on the brink of returning once again after Kanye West stormed the viral world two years ago by releasing new records on a weekly basis.

According to hip-hop persaonlity Miss Info, Yeezy's upcoming "New God Flow" could spark a return to weekly free records.

Okay folks, there's no need to stalk Pusha T's timeline for the next 24 hours. G.O.O.D. Music's "New God Flow" artwork dropped today but insiders told Miss Info that the song may mark the return of Kanye's much-loved and much-imitated music marketing strategy, the GOOD Friday song leaks. We have a strong feeling the track won't drop until Friday. It's perfect timing for G.O.O.D.'s mysterious BET Awards performance. Will Kanye join in? Is Kim K. also making an appearance? West's G.O.O.D. Fridays kicked off in mid-August 2010 to help promote his platinum-selling My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy album.

GOOD Fridays is a weekly free music giveaway started by rapper Kanye West. The name originates from the name of his label, GOOD Music, and is also a reference to the Friday before Easter, which is known as Good Friday. Every Friday, beginning on August 20, 2010, Kanye planned on releasing a new song available for free download on his website. (Wikipedia)

In August 2010, Yeezy revealed his idea for G.O.O.D. Music Fridays.

"I know yall need the music so I'm dropping 1 new song every weekend until Xmas. It may be my song it may be a new Jay song etc...," he tweeted in August.
"I'm calling it good Fridays. Yall know every Friday yall gone have a new joint from our family. We look at the game completely different now." (Kanye West's Twitter)

The move inspired artists like G-Unit's Lloyd Banks to start up his own "Blue Fridays."

"I'm not gonna stop putting out mixtape material, I don't know if I'm gonna put it out in the form of a mixtape," Banks explained in an interview. "But every Friday, I've been releasing a new record. Every Friday for 'Blue Fridays.' So I figure we do that for the next eight, nine weeks and by the time the album comes out, [the fans] will have a mixtape if they put it all together."
