The full story of what happened between Chris Brown and Drake may never be known, but as witnesses to the melee give their version of the events, the law has stepped in, prompting Brown to seek counsel just in case a n*gga try to file them papers.

Breezy's lawyer recently offered up evidence which shows Drizzy was indeed involved in #Bottlegate, which contradicts his team's claims that he had nothing to do with the "Look at Me Now" singer gettin' his chin tuned up.

TMZ reports that Chris Brown and his lawyer, Mark Geragos, have spoken to the New York Police department. Sources tell the website Brown's lawyer has given authorities "physical evidence" in which they say shows Drake's involvement in the bottle fight.(Vibe)

Although there have been no arrests in relation to the incident so far, but TMZ is reporting that NYC cops consider Breezy a victim in the matter, and where there is a victim, there's usually an aggressor.

"We're told Chris' lawyer, Mark Geragos, went to the NYPD late Thursday to present evidence showing that Drake and Meek Mill were the aggressors, but earlier in the day Chris spoke with Detectives at an undisclosed location in NYC. Cops tell us Chris is not currently a suspect but rather "a witness and a victim." We're also told Drake is not currently a suspect. On the other side, we're told Drake has been "cooperating" with authorities, but we do not know if he has spoken to cops -- it appears his representatives have had conversations with detectives."(TMZ)

SOHH Watcha Think: Will the cops come knockin' on Drake's door with a pair of shiny cuffs, or will the whole thing blow over?
