French was left out of pocket after his luxury whip struck a nail, leaving the Bad Boy artist stranded and delaying a performance that was set to take place later that night.

WEEHAWKEN, N.J. -- Rapper and Diddy protege French Montana got held up on his way to a press day at the Shoreham Penthouse on Friday when his Rolls-Royce Ghost hit a construction nail. The accident shredded one of his expensive tires, stranding him near Harvard Boulevard in Weehawken, N.J. French Montana, who recently released the song "Pop That" with Rick Ross, Drake and Lil Wayne, was due to perform at the Nikon at Jones Beach Theater on Friday night.(MyFoxPhilly)

French, who recently announced his debut album Excuse My French would be pushed back from Summer to Fall, was later retrieved from his stranded Royce by a car service.

But he was left stationary on the side of the road, decked out in $200,000 worth of jewelry, wearing YSL Malibu high-top sneakers in natural leopard-print cowhide and toting bags packed with designer duds. The MC, whose real name is Karim Kharbouch, sat in the vehicle while stuck on the street for 20 minutes until a car service came and rescued him in an SUV. His manager waited with the damaged Rolls and its pricey contents until a dealership rep arrived to help. The delay didn't seem to put a damper on Kharbouch's spirits. He tweeted Friday night: "Aye Ima do the show tonight, lateee night ... I need some more strippers..."(My Fox Philly)

In other news ... the BottleGate continues. As the cops plan to officially cuff Drake for his role in the vicious attack on Chris Brown's chin, the lawsuits are starting to pop up. That's right: A club-goer who was in attendance on the fateful night has announced she plans to sue everyone and anyone she possibly can. Get money???

Another victim in the bottle-throwing brawl at a SoHo nightclub involving rappers Chris Brown and Drake surfaced Sunday -- intends to sue. Lucy Pavlovsky, 24, of Hoboken, N.J., suffered two gashes on her arm at Thursday's melee at club W.i.P. that required 12 stitches to close. "My plan is to sue anybody who threw a bottle, anybody who created that dangerous atmosphere," Pavlovsky's lawyer, Javier Solano, said Sunday.(NY Daily News)

Yikes. That's what happens when you're worth millions and you act reckless in public. Somebody who isn't worth millions may get hurt and decide to come after some of your dough. Hey -- this is America: you can sue for just about anything.SOHH Watcha Think: Is shorty gonna see a lil' bit of change of off her planned lawsuit?
