Less than a week after Soulja Boy smashed his whip into another vehicle out in Cali, G-Unit boss 50 Cent was involved in an automobile accident after his SUV was struck from behind by a MACK truck.

With more lives than a cat, Fif was rushed to the hospital yesterday evening, as was the driver who struck the Queens rapper, who reportedly told police he lost control of his commercial vehicle, causing the accident.

He possibly had a brush with death again last night when he was involved in a bad car accident in Queens. According to his website, who broke the news, he was traveling down the Long Island Expressway when the SUV he was riding in was hit by a MACK truck. The SUV flipped a few times which caused injuries to 50 Cent and the driver who were both taken to a nearby Queens Hospital.(IMC)

According to reports, 50 is ok, which is good news. This is his second trip to the hospital this year, after suffering a stomach virus in early 2012. In other news, rappper Flo Rida found himself in a bit of trouble recently after denying, in court, that he had recieved legal documents pertaining to his "slave wage" trial.

The Flo Rida lawsuit involves "slave wages", as the rapper is accused of working his former assistant Mahogany Miller nearly to death on a measly $3.08 an hour and then firing her when she complained. But from the very beginning, Flo Rida has been uncooperative. He told a court that he never received the lawsuit papers and that they were sent to some address and person that he had no knowledge of. Lies, as it turns out.(Reuters)

Flo's old assistant alleges that she was paid a wage comparable to an indentured servant, and when she raised issue with her substandard salary, she was abrutly dismissed from her duties. Cold world. In regards to the papers he denied being served, he later admitted that he had gotten them, leaving a pissed off judge to order the pop artist to shell out roughly $7k in fees.

However, Flo Rida then turned his story around, and admitted to the court that he in fact knew the woman who received the papers (she's another one of his employees). As a result, Flo Rida wasted the court's time and attorneys' efforts. The legal process is a serious affair and those involved in litigation must be truthful with the court. While lawyers may engage in maneuverings with each other, it is almost never the case where a party or attorney can tell an outright lie. So after finding out about the lies, the judge ordered Flo Rida to pay Mahogany Miller $7,000 in attorney fees. He must pay this even if he is found not to have violated any pay laws.(Reuters)

Most jobs let you know your pay prior to you agreeing to work. If shorty agreed to a $3.08 pay, should Flo be held responsible once she realized that it wasn't enough to live off of?
